The notes from Expedia doesn’t get sent to the hotel. Also this time around, the workers did not want to help us with our bags. This happened twice. I was very upset as my mother was lugging the bags herself to the carts.

KINTEXでのフェスに参加するために利用したが、立地も良く清潔だった。 エントランスの雰囲気もよく、スタッフの方も懇切丁寧に対応してくれた。 素敵な時間と環境を提供してくれてとても感謝している。 また利用したい。

イベント参加のために宿泊。仁川空港からリムジンバスで直通40分のアクセス。ロビーも部屋もとてもキレイでサービスも良くスタッフも親切でした。裏には夜までやってる飲食店やコンビニもあり、とても便利でした。

今回は、キンテックスでのフェスに参加の為、滞在しました 近くにコンビニもあり、少し歩けば施設も充実 ホテルのフロントは、不可もなく良いと思います チェックイン時は、英語か韓国語の対応でした ロビーも良い香りで、癒されます 部屋も清潔で綺麗でした 今度は、ゆっくりホテルステイしたいと思います 今度は、ゆっくりホテルステイしたいと思います

Staff was courteous and you can borrow baby guard rail for her, baby tub, humidifier and air filter too. Very clean and quiet hotel. Definitely recommend.

침구가 너무 좋았어요. 전반적으로 청결했고 소음이 전혀 없어서 오랜만이 푹 잤어요..며칠 더 쉬고 싶었어요~

Everybody and everything was very good

I highly recommend this hotel. Buffet was also very good.

주차잠 편리하게 이용했습니다.

Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk person who checked us in was so courteous and her english was excellent. The hotel is surrounded by convenient shops and restaurants. Also, a wonderful park and a walking trail are nearby. It is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area.

アクセスが素晴らしい

Nice hotel. The staff was kind. The buffet menu is amazing. It is around 30 minutes from Seoul by subway.
