Gorgeous property, amazing staff, and so many options available for all members of the family! This is our new #1 destination spot! We cannot wait to visit again soon!

The hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. However, the hallway leading to the room had a very strong sewage smell, which was odd. While the room showed some signs of wear, it was still well-maintained. I was disappointed that no one informed me the beach facilities were unavailable. Despite these issues, I had an enjoyable stay overall.

Absolutely wonderful, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and restaurants were fantastic.

We loved everything about this hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was large, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. It was quiet and had great black-out blinds. All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. There are multiple pools which were never crowded, and a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This is simply an amazing hotel. We stayed for four days with our kids (10 and 6) and had an incredible time. Our garden suite was bigger than most apartments i have lived in and extremely comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, the bar was fantastic for snacks and casual dinner. Beach was beautiful. Local restaurants and ice cream shops were great for kids and reasonably priced. But most of all the service was incredible - extermely attentive but in a relaxed calm way. Special thanks to Renato in the bar who treated my family like royalty. All in all we had a great time and we highly recommend Epic Sana.

O hotel possui uma equipe de colaboradores que é seu maior patrimônio. Por enquanto, é o melhor hotel de Portugal que nos hospedamos, iremos retornar, deixando um grande abraço especial ao Tales, Renato, a Lizandra e a Juliana, porém são destaques de uma ótima equipe em geral. Parabéns.

I had a great stay at Epic Sana, the staff were all friendly and helpful & the property was immaculately clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location wise, there are some decent restaurants, ice creams and a supermarket within 5 mins walk and you can access tennis and padel courts for a small fee.

The hotel is good but not a 5 starts resort at all. Don’t expect anything like 5 starts, the coffee is probably the worst I have ever had in my life. The breakfast is kind of decent but nothing special. The pool is ok.

Great place - excellent staff

Really good stay and would have all been five stars apart from, on our first night we didn’t realize the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly, woke up around 3am and the room had got up to 27 degrees. We reported it to reception around 8am in the morning, and they swiftly had an engineer look at the system and a damaged part needed replacing, it was replaced the same day.

THERE WAS A VERY BAD SMELL COMING IN THE ROOM FROM DAY 1, WE COMPLAINED EVERYDAY BUT THEY CAME DID SOMEHTING AND WENT BUT THE SMELL WAS STILL COMING AFTER A FEW HOURS AND IT WAS A VERY STORNG BAD SMELL. THE LAST DAY WE CALLED MR.PEDRO DUTY MANAGER HE CAME HIM SELF AND HE SMELLED AND HE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT BARE THAT SMELL EITHER. THEY SHOULD HAVE CHNEGED OUR ROOMS FROM DAY 1 BUT THEY DID NOT DO IT. LAST DAY THEY TOLD US TO CHANGE IN THE EVENING BUT BY THAT TIME THERE WAS NO PONT AS WE WERE LEAVING THE NEXT DAY. THEY GAVE US 2 NIGHTS FREE CUPON BUT WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS AS THEY GAVE US FOR THE SAME PLACE AS A PROOF WE TOOK THE CUPON. THEY ARE IN FAULT VERY BAD EXPERINCE WE HAD .

The hotel had 4 restaurants closed, they did not inform me of this before booking, the only meal was available was the buffet and at 48€ a head for Cole buffet was absurd, the spa was and extra €30 also, i booked this hotel for an special occasion for the spa and meal which was both compromised
