The workers were nice

Comme j’avais essayé de mentionner pendant mon séjour, on est très mal accueilli, pas pu profiter de la chambre le balcon invivable cause des travaux en dessous et vu sur la route beaucoup de poussière et bruit. On a demandé à changer de chambre même prêt à payer supplément sans retour positive. Beaucoup de moustiques sans traitement le soir pour éviter tout cela. Ma fille de 3 n’a pas arrêter de tousser à cause des poussières et mon épouse enceinte on nous a donné une chambre tout au bout de l’hôtel. Nourriture tous les jours la même chose pas de qualité pour un 5 étoiles.

Great experience start to finish. Food excellent with a massive choice for any palette. Staff attentive, friendly and professional.

not much food for vegetarian or vegan People. they dont sign out exactly what there is for food for example. thre was spinach but with meat inside and you couldnt see it , only when you eat it and thats not nice. Salad is with cheese or fish or meat, its not really veganfriendly.The coffee is very bad. normaly in egyp you get nice turkish coffee but this coffee is just sour

Très bon moment passe au charmillion! Leur anglais est assez approximatif et ils ne parlent pas français mais on fini par s’en sortir!

3 çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık, çok iyi bir aquapark, temiz bir ortam ve gerçekten iyi bir otel. Sahil plajı yok, dolayısıyla günlük dalış yapma imkanı kardeş otele yapılan shuttle bus ile oluyor.

Worst all-inclusive hotel we've been to. Music was louder than at Ibiza; barmen barely knew how to make drinks and food was lower than average.

Pros: large property and good swimming pools and slides. Entertainment team try hard for guests. Cons: standard rooms not big enough for family of 4- they ask for extra cost when checking and upgrade. Cleaners ok, not a deep clean everyday. The worst: food! Bland, nothing for vegetarians except pizza/pasta/chips and salad. 2 al carte restaurants also has same type of food and nothing to rave about. Reception staff - terrible service and attitude I would avoid this hotel.

A mio avviso tutto eccellente, ma con qualche piccola negatività. I pasti sono buoni ma poco variabili, e la presenza eccessiva di mosche e soprattutto zanzare,in tutti i luoghi, interni ed esterni,è molto fastidiosa.

Amazing amazing amazing, everything about Charmillion aqua resort was amazing. Highly recommend, friendly staff, great food lovely spacious room. I cannot fault this place. PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE BAD FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! You will not be disappointed ☺️

Positiv: Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sie haben auf die Sauberkeit immer geachtet. Das Hotel ist familienfreundlich. Negativ: Essenqualität und -varietät sind sehr schlecht. Der Kochchef muss dafür gefeuert werden. Niveau der Gäste lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gab oft Streite zwischen Engländern und (Billig-)Russen, weil sie sich an der Reihe nicht gestellt haben. Noch nie habe ich in einem Hotel gesehen, dass die Gäste in einer Schlange vor dem Restaurant stehen, weil sie keinen Platz kriegen und warten bis ein Platz frei wird. Eins der schelchtesten Hotels in dem wir bisher waren. Das Animationsteam ist ein Haufen von Amateuren, die selber keine Ahnung und keinen Plan haben. Fazit: Das Hotel verdient niemals 5 Sterne. Wir werden nie wieder ins Hotel kommen. Lasst euch von der guten Bewertung des Hotel nicht täuschen.

Hotel is family oriented, kids have lovely time in aqua park , all over experience is great , but the food need more improvement

Endroit familial, bien entretenu, personnel agréable, nourriture variée je recommande

The property was absolutely gorgeous with incredible amenities and all inclusive. But the best part was the staff who were so kind, attentive, friendly, and courteous. They made us feel like friends.

struttura molto bella, moderna, personale gentilissimo sia al ristorante sia rifacimento camere sia bagnini, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, i bambini si sono divertiti sugli scivoli in piscina. merita davvero, oltre le aspettative.

Struttura buona, personale simpatico e gentile, rumorosa però perché proprio a fianco dell’aeroporto. In più non è vicino al mare, per il resto va bene.

Residents leave their plastic bottles, glasses, papers and so on on the grass, which is chocking. Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.
