Leider gab es nur WiFi in der Lobby und auf den Zimmern nicht. Somit war man quasi immer gezwungen sich dort aufzuhalten, um kommunizieren zu können.

El personal es muy amable, eso fué muy bueno. Queda en el centro y allí están las tiendas principalmente de artesanías, pues de otras tiendas hay poca oferta en Leticia. Limpieza buena, impecable.No sé si ideal para familias, posiblemente, aunqe no hay ascensor y con bebes generaría dificultades. El desayuno apenas.

Muy buena experiencia, restaurante piscina y comodidad de hábitacion excelente. Mejoraría el internet porque para trabajar o estudiar no funciona. Y si es época de fiestas en el parque el nivel de música es muy alto en la habitación.

Having the travel agency in the same building was fantastic, people were very nice.

good points, staff: in reception & pool/restaurant v. good, food: - brekky ordinary, dinner good quality & value. room: A/C wonderful, bed comfy, size enormous, not noisy (but had to ask reception to turn on hot water for shower as required & man with wellies entered room & did something in bathroom!)

It’s a pretty decent hotel, but there are some things that could be improved for example; having safes in the rooms as well as WiFi available in the room. WiFi only works at the lobby and common areas and we have to ask front desk for a password that expires. There’s no elevator so we have to carry our luggages upstairs, in my case on the third floor and I was already super tired so having someone there to help with the luggages for tips would be nice. The rooms are not fancy but quite comfortable. The hotel is well located at the downtown of the city with easy transportation right at the door. I had a good stay overall, I stayed here two nights.

Péssima experiência. Quarto extremamente barulhento, a praça principal da cidade fica logo em frente à sacada e havia muito barulho ao longo do dia. Não há Wi-Fi no quarto, apenas na região da piscina e recepção. Havia baratas na minha cama. Quando cheguei no quarto, não havia água quente no chuveiro. Escolhi esse hotel por ser um dos melhores da cidade, imagine os piores. O atendimento também deixa a desejar, não são nada solícitos. Não voltarei jamais!

Estuvo bien, la habitación cómoda, el desayuno justo, la piscina agradable, buena ubicación, la atencion bien, el wifi pésimo, hay espacio para mejorar. No tiene sentido dar una opinión si solo les sirven opiniones buenas, no objetivas

Thy stole our bags once we checked out and let the luggage under hotel’s security. Hotel just say sorry and didn’t respond for anything.

The staff was incredibly accommodating as we needed to switch rooms with a festival outside and then they helped us when we returned from the Amazon and needed WiFi before heading to the airport.

The Hotel has a pool. Wifi only available on the first floor. There is a restaurant where you can purchase dinner and there is a breakfast which seemed basic so we went out instead. There is a tour service connected which we did not use. Tv with cable in the room and ac.

Very centralized, this place was the heart of these 3 country borders. The room had a good AC and got the room pretty chilly no complaints. The staff were amazing. I was very pleased.

THE GOOD: Amazing service by all staff! Friendly service, welcoming, respectful and attentive. Very pleased with all the amenities, support, flexibility and options the hotel, and its staff provided me while I stayed here. The ROOMS are clean and well kept, very spacious and the best part of it is the air conditioning that works! POOL area is clean, surrounding communal areas are well kept and the pool gets cleaned up and maintained every night rigorously — have seen them in action! Transportation out of the hotel is great due to its location and the abundant moto-cars around it and in close proximity of the hotel. Restaurants are also in very close distance and plenty to choose from. My favorite has been nothing but Peruvian food, where the hotel also serves as part of their menu options, as well as the famous “Lomo Saltado” THE BAD: The only bad thing about this place is their WIFI, it is horrible and the connection keeps getting disconnected every 10 minutes — using this code does not help because it only works for a few minutes and then you are out of luck! WiFi is not reliable if you are depending on it to work on personal business or even trying to book other online services. The hotel may need to work on providing a much better breakfast options since the hotel charges a hefty amount per night stays on average of $60
