Room was great, staff we had interaction with were good, language issues at times but we don't speak Spanish. Only complaint we and many others had was public areas kept to COLD. Big shock from outside temps.

Staff was kind and helpful, but we had to ask or pay for many amenities yhay I've stayed in many hotels around Panama including in the city and this was a surprise to me. Breakf

The hotel was clean and comfortable but lacked the amenities to justify the cost and they definitely cut corners. For example single ply toilet paper, limited access to water (water in room was 10$ a bottle), cheap sheets and toilet seats. Restaurants are over priced, limited service at the pool, very few towels. The cost and reviews are justified by the location which was excellent. It’s a 3 or 4 star charging 5 star rates.

Nuestra habitación #2409 era una junior suite, genial, enorme con vista al mar.... Lástima que las ventanas estaban sucias y tomar videos y fotos desde las ventanas se veía feo. Las almohadas creo que necesitan renovación, el sistema de iluminación es un poco confuso. El baño súper amplio lo único que no me gustó fue la puerta de vidrio era tan pesada y difícil de cerrar, la ventilación del aire acondicionado parecía estar sucia, llena de polvo. Me gustó el Starbucks que hay en planta baja, pero no hay mesas donde sentarse a tomar café en su lugar hay unos sillones y es un poco incómodo, también hay un casino en planta baja. La señora que nos hizo el check-in parecía estar confundida y nos dijo que nuestra habitación no estaba lista nos guardaron nuestra maletas pero no teníamos manera de saber cuándo la habitación ya estaba lista para nosotros. El spa es maravilloso, el valor del servicio vale la pena.

Para un hotel de 5 estrellas no había agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, no había batas ni pantuflas, ni amenidades en el baño, solo un crema hidratante y jabón en barra. Creó que tienen mucho para mejorar. El precio es de 5 estrellas y uno espera la misma atención. Las instalaciones en la habitación presentando fallas zócalos con humedad, puerta del minibar caída, etc. no lo recomiendo!

The restaurant at the pool, Caio Lagazzi, was amazing. The Hilton breakfast was top notch, except that they were a little slow bringing drinks (but to be fair it was Christmas day and they may have been understaffed).

It was excellent as a whole, but I requested ocean view room but got a city view and I was supposed to breakfast free but it was not free and paid us$56 plus tax 7% every day for breakfast. I need a credit for breakfasts payments. I.e. $359.52 US
