Awful. We got there & they did not have a room for us.

My good looking Turkish partner and I booked this so called hotel for one night. We arrived shortly after booking only to be told there were no rooms available, even though keys to 5 rooms were visible. They fluffed around avoiding my request for the room for some time and I had to threaten to call the police if I wasn’t immediately refunded. Only then were we give a room that was so disgusting that I’m pretty sure it was actually a janitors closet with a bed in it. We checked out within an hour. I’m aware this is South America but this hotel was pretty blatantly homophobic and this behaviour isn’t acceptable in 2024

Although I booked the room over a month in advance, upon arrival (exhausted after 5 days of mountain trekking) I was told that they gave my room to someone else who reserved it three months before. I was told that the reservation was made but was never confirmed by Orbitz and as such the room I booked was not available. They showed me three rooms but none that could accomodate a couple, and it looked like a place that you rent by the hour, not the night. We had to find another hotel last minute and spend much more than planned. It was a horrendously terrible experience and makes me very reluctant to use Orbitz again. Additionally now have to go through a process to get my money back so I can try to offset the last minute hotel room I had to find for us.

La habitacion no me gusto. La imagen que te ponen de tu supuesta habitacion es engañosa.

Friendly staff. The rooms doesnt look like the pictures so I was disappointed by that. :(

Tivemos que mudar 3 vezes de quarto (um deles nao tinha assento para vaso sanitário, outro não tinha agua quente no chuveiro), mas o staff foi ótimo e nos transferiram para outro quarto até que tudo estivesse ok! Staff muito atenciosa.

Hoy water from the 5 days,that I stayed the hot water was working, They tell you to call from you cellphone but was no signal. Them tell you that they give a clean towels every other day .

Desk staff very helpful and pleasant. They did their best with what they could do.

We had mold in our room, and I do believe I got some bad food at breakfast as I got sick after eating.

A equipe é muito atenciosa, boa localização. Ficamos em quarto privativo, mas há muitos problemas estruturais como tomadas que não funcionam, chuveiro junto c a privada que molha o banheiro todo, inclusive o carpete do quarto.

Hotel económico y con los equipamientos basicos pero, con una muy buena ubicación, pues esta a 5 minutos del Centro Histórico de Cusco. El personal amable y atento. El Internet no es tan bueno.

Todo bueno, la única sugerencias es que no se olviden de cambiar los útiles de aseo diario y limpien bien la habitación

Súper céntrico a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas! Recomendado

Acredito que as informações do hotel esteja desatualizada na internet. Eles não oferecem estacionamento, ao contrário do que está na internet, e isso nos gerou grande transtornos, pois, apesar do hotel ser em excelente localização para turismo, como não tinha estacionamento incluso, o estacionamento mais perto estava a 500 metros de distância, mais ou menos.

En general bien. Recomendaria variedad en desayunos

La habitación no era como aparecía en la foto. Más bien era estrecha al igual que el baño. Muy poco para el costo que me cobraron.
