Really nice, really pretty, friendly staff , lovely stay

Property had a mildew smell throughout and no storage for luggage and clothes

AunJewel was great at check in. The hot water went out in the shower which became an inconvenience and required follow up to receive communication on the issue being addressed. Breakfast left much to be desired as it was cold and overpriced especially for only 6-7 items.

Victor's was excellent

Restaurant and staff excellent. Location great. Love the building. However the hotel should consider removing the stained carpet from rooms as there is a strong odor.

Staff very courteous and helpful

I loved the restoration and history. Downtown Florence is quaint and well-kept. The room was comfortable and the staff welcoming. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Staff was great, room was very good. It was very noisy outside and you can hear everything if you face the front.

I enjoyed the historical feature of the hotel. It was a refurbished warehouse, which is what the Tapestry Hilton is. I also staying in one in Petersburg VA and it was the same style -- refurbished warehouse.

The room was very small. Carpet was stained/dirty. Restaurant on site was good. It was close to other restaurants.

Rooms were so clean & so fresh. Pillows & beds so comfortable & the ambiance is spectacular. Great hotel as well as the staff. Everyone is so friendly

Check in person not pleasant. Did not smile or was welcoming in any way or offer any suggestions for dining. Did not show us where elevator was located when there’s no sign. Disinterested attitude.

It was for me and my husband to get away

This was a nice hotel and would have gotten a much better review, had it been disclosed that a train passes by every 20 minutes throughout the night. It felt like it was headed straight for us. Also, service at Vic’s was slow.
