Llegué con mi familia y ya le habían dado mi habitación a alguien más, ademas de un trato prepotente y que le hiciera como pudiera, era temporada alta y arriesgué a mi familia porque no encontraba otro hotel

The property location was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I did not like that there was no television in living room area, there was a television in kids room, but not in master room. We did not like that. Breakfast was advertised when we booked - and with 4 children, I booked that place for that reason. When we got there, I asked time of breakfast and they said we were the only ones getting it, but first she checked our reservation. Breakfast was toast, peanut butter/jelly, coffee, one fruit per person, and kerns juice for three days, which was replaced by tang for the next three days. When peanut butter ran out, that was it- only jelly. That should be advertised, I was expecting warm breakfast - since the pictures we saw showed hot breakfast and there was no distinction made in the information. I also had to remind them every morning to provide us breakfast, which should have been understood based on our booking. Mari, our assigned cleaning lady/host was attentive with all our question, she was great. Unfortunately, she could only do what she could based on what the property allowed her to do.

Estan en una zona muy tranquila a pesar de ser a media zona hotelera. Los cuartos estan muy amplios, completos y comodos. El personal es amable y servicial. Con ganas de haber estado mas tiempo en este hotel.

La atención fue muy buena tofo estaba en perfectas condiciones y limpio

Buena ubicación, buena limpieza. El único pero sería que al ser un complejo de departamentos ya con algo de tiempo, no están actualizados los muebles del mismo, por lo demás todo excelte. En recepción muy amables.

1. One of the reasons why I booked for this hotel was because it was saying that "European style breakfast" will be provided. However, I was told that there is no breakfast for "today" when I asked the manager, later he brought us 4 loaves of bread with jam, peanut butter, milk and coffee, but I was disappointed. 2. There are some ants on the floor and in the bathroom. 3. The hotel gave us free upgrade to a larger room that has two beds, large dining table and kitchen. 4. A cover of the pillow had some stains. 5. There is a bus stop after about 10 minutes walk that can drive you to beach, La Isla, and so on. 6. You can find a convenience store on the way to the bus stop.

Está situado en un lugar muy bonito, cerca de la Zona hotelera. Bastante grande y cómodo. En nuestro caso llegamos a las 11:00pm y no hay ni una botella de agua, no hay donde comprar cerca por la noche. Vimos bastantes hormigas en una de las habitaciones.

The hotel staff is nice and accommodating. They gave us good tips about what to do in the area. Good: -spacious rooms -free bottle of water and carton of milk -free parking -nice pool -air conditioned rooms Bad: -water heater broke during our stay so we had to take cold showers -you have to ask for towel replacements at the front desk instead of getting them exchanged in your room -you get charged $10 per spotted towel so you have to be extra careful with make up -there is no bell at front desk so if there is no one there you have to yell for someone if there is someone there -you only get one breakfast. You don't get breakfast for every day of your stay. -breakfast is literally toast with jam and coffee -not all of the power outlets worked -bed sheets were stained

Transcurrió de manera tranquila. En la administración muy amables. Personalmente necesitaba estar en esa zona, aunque está alejada de las playas y del transporte

The hotel was nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing....no pressure on the shower head and no TV!

Boa localização,apartamentos simples mais confortavéis,cafe da manhã nem sempre tinha e quando tinha era pessimo,atendentes educados mais nunca resolvia nada,ar condicionado nem sempre funcionava minha sorte que meu quarto era num andar alto com isto tinha a brisa da lagoa.

Bom hotel, quarto espaçoso e bem localizado. Não está na zona hoteleira mas num local bem agradável e gostoso de se ficar. Não é novo, mas vale muito pelo preço.
