This hotel was ok. Nothing special… Good for a night or two. Near the party area

Staff was friendly. Great amenities. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great with quick check in etc., we had to leave early in the morning 5:30 a.m. and they provided a sack lunch for us to pu when we checked out!

Staff was very helpful, the room was spotless, and having an open bar for 12 hours each day with no extra charge was the cherry on top. I would definitely stay here again it was great!!

Staff was very friendly, very cute hotel, but seem to be a little disorganized as we had to wait. About 40 minutes to get our room.

A localização é o ponto alto desse hotel, em frente a base xcaret, se vai fazer passeios, é um diferencial. Está ao lado da vida noutra, se vai ao coco bongo ou ao señor from, está a alguns metros. Tem um supermercado ao lado, muito bom oara comprar lembranças e comidas e bebidas locais. O quarto é be limpo e funciona. A equipe do check-on, poderia ser mais educada, mas no final foi nota 5

Personal muy antipatico cerrado trata como vandalos no deja hablar , lo callan , al hacer check inn y check out revisan no te robes nada

Strange rooftop pool - very few chairs scattered around. Very busy beach, not super clean hotel. Not terrible overall but it’s not the Mexican resort experience we were looking for.
