So, the front clerk upon arriving was not welcoming. The fan in the entrance patio was not working, neither was the jacuzzi so that was not good. One day we did not have maid service and the last day before we checked out they didn’t leave any coffee and clean the dirty dishes from the previous day. Other than that. Our villa was very comfortable and the place was very clean and vegetation felt like you’re in Hawaii, very beautiful. Transportation was quick to take us where we needed.

En términos generales, las instalaciones están bien; el problema, no funcionan los elevadores; nos quedamos atrapados en uno de ellos y el otro no cerraban sus puertas, después de mucha insistencia nos cambiaron de habitación al primer piso; la comida no es muy buena y los meseros cometen muchos errores en los pedidos; la zona de bar en la alberca es muy buena, tanto el servicio como la calidad

We liked our Suite and the private pool, but the other visitors partied until 4 AM and we complained for 3 nights with no relief. When leaving, we did not return our wrist bands, because we were not told to return them. They refused to let us leave the premises and kept us hostage for 15 minutes in our car waiting for them to open the gate so we could leave. Totally unprofessional, rude and illegal. Don't expect anything better. This was off season, imagine what it is like when it is at full capacity!?

Todo el personal muy atento y la comida muy rica, albercas muy limpias y áreas verdes bien cuidadas

Resort was beautiful and very quiet! Very relaxing to the pools to the beach resort my family had a great time. The food was amazing and the staff was very attentive and polite! Would recommend to everyone and will be back!

Las instalaciones muy bien,Limpopo unico que el personal cuando uno va a comer le returns los utensilios sin darle a tiempo a terminal se siente que lo precionan para que ya salsa mas pronto eso es lo unico que no me gusto.

Fatal no volvería a ir jamás . No parece un hotel todo incluido . Aguas frías , cucarachas , alacranes nada de fumigación. En verdad la peor experiencia q eh tenido . Estuve a nada d cancelar o pedir reembolso . Nada q ver las fotos con lo q es . Q expliquen el sistema tan bajo q manejan

Nicer and clean

Stayed NYE week. It was dead. Asked about this and told that this is the usual crowd. We were the only people at the main pool, serenity pool and at the dinner buffet (do not recommend lunch or dinner on property). Even though we had All inclusive, opted to go in town to enjoy our lunch and dinners in Bucerias and Sayulita (amazing little towns and worth exploring). Did get a good burger at the beach club, along with fish tacos. Bartenders were super cool and attentive. Disco/night club was advertised, but non existent. Other areas were also featured, but closed or not available. Have to take shuttles to beach club and surrounding. Spa at Delta Hotels was nearby and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Front desk clerk (Benita?) was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, but no heat, pressure or drainage in bathroom showers. It could be nice with a bit of TLC and some energy. First and last visit.

El bar de la playa excelente atención

TERRIBLE. EL PERSONAL NO TIENE BUENA ACTITUD PARA CON EL CLIENTE, ESTAN DE MALAS. EL CHECK IN SE SUPONE QUE ES A LAS 3PM Y SON LAS 4 Y LAS HABITACIONES NO ESTAN LISTAS. EN EL RESTAURANTE BUFFET, LA PERSONA DE LA ENTRADA NI TE MIRA PARA DARTE LOS BUENOS DIAS Y EL COLMO FUE QUE DESDE LA NOCHE DEL 11 DE SEPTIEMBRE MI HABITACION SIN AGUA LO REPORTE Y NO LES IMPORTÓ, LLEGO EL 12 DE SEPTIEMBRE Y SEGUIA SIN AGUA LO REPORTE NUEVAMENTE Y LA QUE TOMÓ MI REPORTE RESPONDIO LE MANDO AL DE MANTENIMIENTO EL CUAL NUNCA APARECIÓ. RESUMEN, NO LE RECOMIENDO EL HOTEL NI A MI PEOR ENEMIGO.

Muy mal atendidos por el personal y un bajo rendimiento en sus bebidas nada que ver con el año pasado que fuimos mala experiencia espero mejoren

Es muy caro el todo incluído, para lo que ofrecen en cuanto alimentos, bebidas y snacks

Muy mala organización hotel super pequeño sin capacidad para atender en su mi roscopico restaurante la hostes con 0 criterio tienes que hacer reserva para entrar al bufet nunca tuvieron cena a la carta y tarda entre 40 y 50 min para entrar a comer muy poca variedad de alimentos aún que los empleados en general son muy amables. La tina de la habitación nunca funcionó la cama y almohadas incómodas .
