Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Museo Matan Ka'an

It’s just ok, I guess for your money. I have been staying in this hotel for years every time I visit Mahahual. They have not mad any improvements. Just a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast is not good at all. Not much effort in the cooking and serving.

Laa instalaciones están muy descuidadas y la alberca estuvo todo el tiempo muy sucia. El hombre de recepcion no es nada amable. No volvería.

The hotel Matan Ka’an is not well maintained and we had cockroaches in the room gaviota, the towels and sheets were not clean, they didn’t have the necessary amenities like hair dryer or mini fridge. The pool was in terrible condition.

Un buen lugar para descansar, disfrutar y relajarse!!

Close to the beach, restaurant hostess attitude was nice, and breakfast good. Pool is big and clean. Hotel has a unique style but needs upgrades and maintenance.

Tomar en cuenta que solo cuenta con tres lugares de estacionamiento, hay que buscar a los alrededores para estacionarse. Las habitaciones son rusticas, alberca de buena tamaño. Es seguro al rededor

El hotel está descuidado en muchos detalles, en una parte se está cayendo el techo y solo lo tapan con una lona. En la habitacion, también en el techo estaba dañado. El hotel con basura en varios lados. Un día no nos hicieron la habitación

Excelente servicio y muy bien situada, a unos 50 metros del malecon.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small and the bed are not confortable. The Ac you can't ajust it as you please is set on one speed!!

Hotel bonito y cerca de la playa

Pros: Visual architecture is beautiful...very organic looking ! Located close to everything in the town, playa, malacon...easy walks...plenty of eating places. Parking is mostly on street but, easy to find and safe. Clean linen everyday...big walk-in showers...artistic ceiling treatment. Cons: Rooms are sparse and, unfortunately, bathrooms smelled slightly of sewer. Overhead shower spray was weak, irregular, and non-adjustable;

Great place...everything as expected

Las instalaciones estan algo sucias, la alberca estaba sucia y la habitación no abria completamente la puerta.

Hotel bueno y limpio, excelente para pasar la noche y con restaurantes cerca. Con excelente ubicación, está a una cuadra del mar.
