Bon état situé dans un quartier agréable et calme. La chambre est correcte et léperit déjeuner surtout les pancake excellents. Le service est un peu long et le check in ce n’es repas avant 15h

O hotel era em uma localização boa, mas um pouco afastado dos pontos turísticos, mas isso não foi nenhum problema. Ponto negativo, é a falta de elevadores, café da manhã muito básico. O quarto é amplo e muito funcional, tem frigobar, fogão e cama grande. Senti falta de panos de pratos para enxugar as louças e um tapete no banheiro banheiro para não molhar o quarto. O staff em geral é muito simpático, foi possível efetuar o check in antes do horário, isso foi algo maravilhoso pq estava exausta da viagem.

I have stayed at The Grace many times. A lovely boutique hotel with the best shower pressure. However, my room, although very clean, was showing several signs of age and was in need of serious refreshing. It was a struggle to open the kitchenette cupboards, the fridge didn't work, no plates, mismatched cutlery. In the bathroom, stains on the walls, missing plaster and grout and items hanging off the wall. It was a shame to see a hotel that I love looking quite tired.

Fomos informados na hora quando chegamos ao hotel, que o quarto estava com um problema de água, e que iríamos para uma outra unidade do hotel the grace, isso já era mais de meia noite e não pagaram esse nosso novo deslocamento. A outra unidade do hotel ficava em região bem feia, totalmente diferente da onde tinha reservado a primeira. Porém o o quarto era bom, atendimento muito bom e bem solícitos.

Todo perfecto solo las habitaciones tienen cierta comunicación con las vecinas que se puede oír lo que hablan en los cuartos vecinos y que no tiene elevador pero muy satisfecho el personal y todo lo demás perfecto

The hotel needs an elevator

The place is very cute, and with an amazing location, steps away from a hotspot full of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Safe area. That being said, the building is 4-5 floors and there is no elevator, so it’s hard to go to the last floor carrying luggage, also take in mind that the staff has to go up everytime you ask for something like towels. Everything else was good.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, la Zona G es segura y muy recomendable para quienes visiten Bogotá. El personal es muy atento y amable. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel, y lo seguiría haciendo si regreso a Colombia.

Its beautiful, no elevator. Room was on 4th floor. Other than that, will return again

El servicio del personal excelente, muy bien ubicado y la decoración y concepto del hotel muy buena. Las camas algo incomodas, podrian renovarlas. Limpiar la salida del agua de las duchas, lavamano y cocina.

Quizás mi opinión no cuenta ya que yo reservé para este hotel y un día antes movieron mi recerva a Grace Chapinero por problemas con una fuga de agua, pero en general todo estuvo bien.

nos pusieron en un 6to nivel y no hay elevador, no hay comedor, el personal pesimo solo es amable el muchacho de la limpieza, no lo recomiendo

I stayed here for about 3 weeks whilst attending a Spanish language school nearby. This is a great place to stay when visiting Bogota . It is a boutique hotel where breakfast is made fresh from order and the rooms also have bathroom and cooking facilities with fridge . Staff are superfriendly and helpful . My room had some technical issues with the stove, tv, safe and locks initially but these were promptly replaced and addressed within a couple of days, afterwards all worked fantastic . I am more than happy to return to this hotel in the future, when I next visit Bogota .

THE ROOM WAS AMAZING!!! My only thing was no elevator but it was a big deal LOL.

The Grace has a great location to restaurants and cafes. The staff made the stay pleasant from the welcome, breakfast and rearranging lifts. The artist flare made the stay that much more special.
