Just need more staff at location but beautiful place

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life.

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The customer service was incredible. The property is gorgeous. The location is perfect. Every time I do business in Miami I’m staying here.

Perfect If you have an event at the Miami Beach convention center it’s a walk across the street Shopping and restaurants on Lincoln Road There’s also a few night spots on Lincoln Road Supermarkets Trader Joe’s and Publix (3) Fresh Market Regal movies (18) on Alton road Of course there’s fast food and a new favorite Canes ( chicken ) Well that’s about it

Awful communication. There are so many other places to stay. Not recommended.

We had an excellent experience! For a family trip, we had exactly the stay we imagined. Very well located, Publix very close! Roberto helped us at all times, making our stay even more peaceful!

Charged me extra to get in for taxes and fees even though when I booked this hotel I paid for taxes and fees. Fell more like a scam.

The location was good, space was clean and comfortable. It was a little simple for the price but nothing wrong, would stay again.

Easy access

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.

Amazing place with kitchen and laundry. Great location, easy to walk anywhere, grocery, parks, pools, or beach.

Bien , pero por cuestiones del huracán Milton me vine un día antes y quince a hablar con alguien de Hotels.com y es imposible solo tiene sus contestadoras robots 😡

Tivemos muita dificuldade no check-in. A recepção só funciona até as 6PM (e o check-in inicia as 4PM). Mesmo informando o horário de nossa chegada, não havia ninguém para nos receber e nem havíamos recebido as informações de acesso - que prometeram nos enviar ate as 3PM. Precisei da intervenção da Hoteis.com para conseguir.
