Excellent location for visiting Windsor and the surrounding area

Not a typical hotel, more a restaurant with a bar, which offers guest rooms in the upper floors. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The "English breakfast" was served in the restaurant room. Windsor Castle, Windsor downtown, bars and railroad station are in walking distance from the hotel.

Charming old B n B, but with modern amenities. We had the room with the alcove above the sidewalk and it was a great way to take in the town.

A really nice hotel in a great local. Room was clean and fresh as was the shower. It’s a bit dated but it’s an old building/pub. Bar food very good as was. Breakfast. I would definitely use again when next in the area.

Crown and Cushion is exactly a listed. Nothing fancy and right over the pub. Staff was super friendly and flexible. Good stay with proper expectations.

We arrived quite late at night passing the check-in time. The staff are so friendly that they waited us for it. The room is clean and cosy, will recommend it.

Read some other reviews of this hotel with utter bemusement. Its a 250 year-old building and some complain about uneven floors and steep staircases. IT'S A 250 YEAR-OLD BUILDING! If you want a plastic office-block of a hotel, go elsewhere. (Also a special shout-out to the lady moaning that her coathangers didnt match each other, get over yourself princess). The building is lovely and quirky. Bags of character. Price of room included breakfast and parking right behind the building, so is very good value for money. Stayed there before, and will stay there again. Great place.

Ok stay good location good evening staff no WiFi cud not do any work even poor phone signal awful food at night good breakfast though ! Miserable staff at breakfast and checkout good size room and comfortable bed though!

We really appreciated the great location and the extremely friendly staff, which made a positive impact on our stay. However, the condition of the property significantly affected our overall experience. The stairs felt unsafe, and the room we stayed in was noticeably unlevel — to the point where even our bag wouldn’t sit properly on the holder. One wall was peeling and damp, the chairs needed a thorough cleaning, and the pillows on the bed (both king and queen) were unfortunately dirty. While the service was commendable, the state of the room brings the rating down to a 7 or 8 at best.

Great service and clean, comfy room. Modern room and bathroom with a nice shower. Free parking in a private carpark and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Perfect location right next to the pedestrian bridge into Windsor.
