İnanılmaz güzel zaman geçirdik. Mart ayındq denize girmek ve füneşlenmek için Şarm el Şwyh çok ideal bir seçim oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyi, havaalanında 2-3 dolar gibi bir ücretle erişim sağladık. Hetşey dahil konseptli oteller ülkemizde pek tatmin edici olmuyor ama yemekler çok iyiydi. Her saat değişik atıştırma fırsatları var. Biz 2 öğün yemeyi tercih ettik. Müslüman ülkede ramazan ayında içki servis edilmez, diye düşünmüştük ama herkesin inancına saygılılar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardım sever ve nazik. Odalar da havuzlar da restorantlar da tertemiz. Biz masaj, spa, jakuzi deneyimi aldık. Çok da memnun kaldık. Ülkede turistler dolarla ödeme yapıyor. Telin hemen önündeki mercan resifleri harika korunuyor ve size dalma olanağı veriliyor. Dilerseniz şinorkelle de eşsiz sualtını deneyimleyebilirsiniz. Yanınızda 1 dolarlıklardan bulundurmanız taksi vb ödemeler için tavsiye edilir. Taksiyle alışveriş ya da eğlence mekanlarına birkaç dolara ulaşabilirsimiz. Otelin karşısonda eczaneden hediyelik eşyaya dükkanlar da var. Özetle biz buraya her yıl gelmeye karar verdik

Staff and clean room

Overall pleasant stay. The food is very good for this type of place, with a varied menu and generally high quality. The various swimming pools are pleasant, and in low season we had no difficulty finding space. However, we believe that the following could be improved : 1) The noise. The music is always very loud: make sure you ask for a room as far away from the main building as possible. 2) The cost of extras (40 USD to go to the airport... when the normal cost is 3 USD, for example using InDrive app). 3) The hotel is geared towards Russians: the staff spoke to us in russian, all week, which was strange for us as French people. And, in addition to often being vulgar and drunk, russians people quickly tend to invade their neighbours' space : be very careful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay at Sultan Gardens – Amazing Reef, Warm Staff, and a Minor Note We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh! The coral reef at their private beach is truly incredible—easily the best we’ve ever experienced. Snorkeling was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding—very friendly and attentive. My daughter, who loves languages, was thrilled when the lifeguards taught her some basic Arabic. She enjoyed greeting the staff with “Marhaba” and always received warm smiles in return. The atmosphere felt very safe for families, and my daughter quickly made friends. Although most guests were Russian at the time, everyone was friendly, and as my wife and daughter are Ukrainian, they felt welcomed and included. We also loved the coffee house, which was a great spot for a proper coffee after breakfast. Restaurant staff always made us feel welcome and found us a table—upstairs on the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy dinner while watching the show. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and Abdul from housekeeping checked in often to make sure we were happy—great service all around.

Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically.

The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived, always ready with a smile and happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Chef Mohsen was simply amazing. He personally prepared special meals for my two sons, who are picky and almost hard to please, and somehow managed to get them excited about mealtime! We’re so grateful for the extra care and attention the restaurant staff gave us. From Hagar and Mohamed to Hosny; a big thank you for their kindness and warmth. They really made us feel at home. The buffet was another highlight; fresh, delicious, and full of variety. There were new and exciting options every day, including meat, chicken, seafood, veggies, and plenty of fruits and desserts. We looked forward to every meal. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We’d absolutely come back!

This was my trip from America to Egypt. I isuallly visit sharm el sheikh every year. It was my first time at this hotel and this will be my last time. Ibrahim el Sayed gave me a terrible experience at check in. I had to call the manager Mr. Amr to help out. I was checked in to my room after more than an hour and a half even though they weeent even busy. I would give good ratings to Beshoy and Haytham they did great job. But I wouldn’t come back ever to this hotel.

Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy.

I highly recommend Sultan Gardens Resort.
