Property is dated but rooms are nice and clean the private pool in the room was great on a cool night

Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The layout was great, even though the place was a bit dated we had everything we needed and we had a great stay.

This property is very tired and needs to be redecorated. The thermal pool was only just warm and is very much need of a paint. I had to ask for a hair dryer as there was not one in the unit. The bench top was very worn and broken at the edges

I really liked the motel. everything was up to state and all the rooms were spotless. my favourite part of the motel was probably the private spa outside the room. I strongly recommend this motel.

It was amazing

The property is older and showing signs of age, but it appears there are efforts to update it. There was quite a bit of traffic noise. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was wonderful!

None of toilet door has lock and toilet slide door does not close properly unsafe to use. Room back door was not lockable. Did not fell safe to sleep in that room. Poor quality of mattress. Hot pool water was sticky and stinky. We paid $350 for the room and felt ripped off.

Very noisy, not just road noise, but could hear people in room next door. Found a baby dummy in the room - not ours - yuck.
