Mattress and linen are uncomfortable and outdated, and armchairs in the Urban Rooms are damaged and dangerous. Very disappointing!

Amazing hotel that was very accommodating when we needed to get a bigger room to store a tandem recumbent bike! As it wouldn’t fit in the typical storage/outdoor secure area. Thank you so much for a great stay! Will be back again if travelling through! Very friendly, and helpful staff when I had various questions.

My husband and I and my son stayed here for 5 nights. It was excellent. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. My son slept in the Murphy bed and it was much better than a pull out couch. Air conditioning worked great. There was a lot of parking as well. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to see or use the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to go back to the front desk before they figured what room I was in and had the room key was programmed properly. They was a lot of hair in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the second night we of our stay the fire pit had no propane for use, we were unable to use our window like the other rooms because there was no screen for our window. Pillows are absolutely terrible to the point we didn't sleep and didn't care to stay the second night and almost left. First night the hotel was flooded with people drinking alcohol and very loud because of it. On a plus side check in was great, hotel is very clean, and spa outside area was still very nice over all. The bistro had great service and food, one of the customers in the bar was so drunk she was making fun of a dress I had on witch was extremely insulting and my fiance and I were extremely upset about. We didn't have the experience we hoped to have!!

Plusieurs bornes de recharge pour véhicules électrique, et l'hôtel est très bien situé près des magasins, restos, cinéma, centre d'achat etc. C'est facile de s'y rendre et de sortir de la ville.

Tout était propre, les employés gentils et avenant.

J'adore cet hôtel, ça fait une dizaine de fois qu'on y va depuis 3 ans. La seule chose cette fois ci, c'est qu'on avait la chambre 203 et j'ai détester... on était en face de la porte pour descendre au rez-de-chaussée alors j'ai entendu la porte claquer à partir de 6h30 et sans arrêt sansoublierle petit groupe qui est monté à 3h00. La prochaine fois je vais tout faire pour ne pas être dans cette chambre. Sinon, pour le reste, tout était parfait comme d'habitude
