L'albergo è vicino alla torre, è pulito, la colazione è buona e il personale è molto gentile. Non ha ascensore, la televisione non funziona e non è insonorizzato. Un bagno si sentono i vicini. Per quello che ho speso, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più oltre all'ottima posizione. Comunque il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Very close to the main attractions. Lovely room with period features, air-con, a large balcony, and an extremely clean bathroom. The staff were superb. Would stay again

We only stayed a night in Pisa, which was about right. The hotel was a fantastic old building around a 5 minute walk to the tower and cathedral. The check-in was lovely and the room was exactly as we expected. Lovely balcony off the second room. Breakfast, maybe a little disappointing. But every member of staff we spoke to was quite lovely.

This hotel is in a premium location to explore the highlights of Pisa ! It’s literally a 3 min walk to the main square with the tower while being away from all the tourist traffic. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even with our big dog!

A cozy room for a night with a comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom. The staff were very helpful, especially once they learned that we had to leave for the airport at 5:30 AM! I appreciated their efforts to obtain transportation to the airport. The grounds around the hotel need some attention. The hotel is within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which is why we booked this location.

Tom was nice but toiletries were poor- sachets of poor shower gel.

Fabulous accommodation! Only drawback is no elevator. Otherwise it was great!

Center of the city, close to every events

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße. Wir waren im hinteren Gästehaus. Das hatte nur eine Lichtquelle, die aus Milchglas bezogen Eingangstür war. Es gab viel Regen und ohne Regendach war der Eingang ständig nass. Direkt vor unsere Tür parkte regelmäßig ein Auto. Abgas kam herein, da der Abstand ca. 1 Meter . Die Tür konnte nicht auf Kipp geöffnet werden. Uns fehlte ein Schrank. Mit einem großen Regal mit 2 Schubladen, konnte man seine Sachen einsortieren. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, welche nicht ganz i.O. war. Das Bad war sehr geräumig, doch fehlten Aufhänger für die großen Badetücher. Die Duschwand war undicht, so dass wir jedes mal eine riesige Menge Wasser weg wischen mussten. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel unzureichend. Wir beließen es bei einem Frühstück und gingen lieber in die umliegenden Cafés. Der Standort war sehr zentral und wir konnten schnell die umliegenden Bahnhöfe erreichen und natürlich den schiefen Turm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Excellent location as only a few minutes walk from the leaning tower. Hotel a bit tired and the delux room we booked lacked facilities we expected to have.

Was a nice hotel with good character. Few things that let it down. Although the general room was clean there were a few areas that weren’t like the bathroom in places with a Silverfish that we discovered (luckily on the last day). We were staying at the front room and unfortunately could hear people coming and going plus the reception which is just outside the door (although that can’t be helped)

Very nice hotel close to the tower, friendly staff.

A lovely hotel, situated very close to the leaning Tower. The room was very nice, clean and had lots of room. There appeared to be no air conditioning, which in high summer maybe a problem, but for Spring time certainly wasn’t. The staff were very welcoming and polite. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Pisa.
