Clean room and great location to Main attractions

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. A small and cosy hotel, clean and nice breakfast, perfectly situated. But above all, all the staff was extremely nice and helpful! Thanks from Sweden.

Staff very helpful, special mention to Serene. Very polite & very helpful with ordering us an early morning taxis to airport & with emails on eta for check in. Room ready early. Considering the age & type of the property it was a very nice stay. A nice buffet breakfast outside in the warm Tuscan sun. Nice terrace outside (front) to relax, have a drink & chill. Very close to Tower, cathedral places to eat.

All of the hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was quiet, clean and had a relaxing atmosphere close to the Tower of Pisa.

Hotel was very clean & staff helpful & pleasant. Good selection at breakfast & able to eat in or outside. Villa is an old building with charming character but bear in mind would not suit all as no lift and stairs in all areas . Good location for Pisa tower even a view from our window. I would recommend this hotel really enjoyed our stay

We booked a “Romantic Double Room”. In reality, there was nothing romantic about the room. It was extremely small and almost claustrophobic. There was no space for our bags in the closet, so we had to keep them on the floor. None of the hangers were suitable for pants—and one of them was a homemade wire hanger. The hangers were placed about 2.5 meters above the floor, and the only way to reach them was with a special long-handled hook. The furniture was very old, which made the room feel depressing. To get to the bathroom, I had to crawl over my husband because there wasn’t enough space to walk around the bed; the chair by the table blocked the passage. The neighboring building was so close that we had to keep the curtains or wooden panels closed at all times to have any privacy. At night, we also had issues with mosquitoes. There was only one functioning electrical circuit. To charge our devices, we had to unplug one charger to plug in another. It’s hard to believe this is acceptable in the 21st century. I honestly don’t understand how this room is part of a 4 star hotel, or perhaps we were simply “lucky” to receive the worst room. There are only two positive aspects. The first is the proximity to the Piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower. However, Pisa is a small city and everything is within walking distance anyway, so this alone shouldn’t be a deciding factor when choosing this hotel. The second is the nice and very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff and great breakfast. Room was clean but the shower had some mold smell and needed a bleach clean. Parking was onsite as advertised and spacious but the access is very narrow, not advisable for wider cars. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely return, very close to all the attractions and the hotel gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations.

Great place.  If you are coming to PISA, stay here.  Less than 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the vibrant restaurant and shopping area. Rooms are really nice, comfortable beds and come with a large bathroom.  Hot water and great water pressure too!  Lovely host, Francesca greeted us and handled all of our requests at check in!  Parking on site made the 1 day excursion to Pisa a pleasant and fun experience.  Lovely outdoor seating and dining too. I feel lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful spot! The location is so easy to the main sights and the room was perfect for our family of 4. Also, a gem of a breakfast! Highly recommend.

Pre arrival support was super helpful, via WhatsApp, quick and helpful responses. Could have had a parking spot for a small fee, but decided on a taxi from airport. The hotel is lovely, luxury, grand entrance, literally just around the corner from the leaning tower. 2 adults and 2 kids a big family room. Kids had full sized single beds, we had a massive bed. Large bathroom stocked will all you need. We weren't a fan of the memory foam pillows, but that's personal preference. Breakfast was also lovely, inside and outside seating. Delicious food. Our children didn't want to leave our stay, they thought it was a palace.

The staff here are amazing so helpful with any questions about the area. Hotel is situated just a few minutes from Pisa and then down to the bars and restaurants great location. Breakfast was good and the young lady who makes the coffee is great at her job. Loved this hotel

Lo único bueno es su situación y que tiene parking. La habitación era vieja, fría, sin calefacción, sin armario, el secador de pelo roto… el desayuno muy flojo… y muy caro para lo que ofrece. No sé cómo tiene 4 estrellas.

Excellent hôtel à deux pas de la tour de Pise. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuné etait très copieux. Ce serait avec grand plaisir de repasser à séjour dans cet hôtel
