Staff that work at restaurants are extremely helpful and friendly

Need to fix pool. Other then that it was a good time out.

Easy stay for job trip

First I booked a room with a view of the city, but the view they gave me was to a wall. The first day of arrival there was no water in the hotel. Then the room had a bad smell of septic well.

Great place to stay if your traveling with family.

I didn't like that I had to ask for the room to be looked at 3 of 4 days

I was somewhat disappointed with the Aloft Housekeeping. They always forgot something needed in the room. One day, they left no bottled water; the second day, they did not provide toilet paper; and the third day, they forgot to leave face and hand towels. Of course, the Front Desk was very helpful in solving the issues. The bed was fine, the TV worked ok, and the working desk was good enough to work. Breakfast was okay, but I did not expect a great deal. The people were friendly and helpful. Parking was fine.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable with city views, and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel en condiciones promedio. Funciona bien para corporativo, pero en general instalaciones que dan la impresión de viejo.

Os quartos sao modernos e bem espaçosos, bom enxoval, 1 garrafinha de agua cortesia e estacionamento gratis. Junto ao hotel Sheraton, compartem o casino. Bom acesso, localizado no bairro S Francisco com boas opções de restaurantes na região. Perto do shopping Multiplaza.

Good location, clean and spacious room, and modern hotel; breakfast buffet was decent enough. Stayed a single night here before heading home.

Everything was great… I would stay there again

La planta física descuidada, le falta mucha limpieza interior y en las entradas. El desayuno es muy pobre y el menú es dirijido para los panameños. Los cuartos y baño su diseño no son prácticos. Trato del personal mayor excelente y del personal joven semi amables pero con poco o ningún conocimiento de áreas de Panamá.
