A waste paper basket in the living area would have been convenient. Card access to facility would be an improvement over multiple keys.

È un residence e non un hotel. Nessun servizio di fatto se non un signore a fare il check-in e dopo più nessuno presente nella struttura. Camere pulite e bagno comodo. Niente di lussuoso e letto non particolarmente confortevole. Zona tranquille.

Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenette. Close to subway.

Hi there, Our overall experience was good but room was located at -1 , which was not mentioned during the reservation, and we would definitely not prefer -1 located room.

Its all new and clean , safe with our own key to enter the gate , lots of light and quiet street .

Ottima struttura in bella zona a Milano. Vincente la soluzione di unire al semplice soggiorno anche la possibilità dell'angolo cucina per preparare una colazione o anche una rapida cena (cucina fornita di tutto punto). La struttura é vicinissima ad un supermercato Lidl, a Via Washington - dove ci sono numerosi locali per il pranzo o la cena - e a due stazioni metro. Reception operativa fino alle ore 18.00. Ho soggiornato in un bifocale posto a piano terra (semi interrato rispetto alla strada): unico neo la necessità di tenere chiuse le tende oscuranti per evitare sguardi indiscreti dal piano strada.

I would expect kettle for making tea The staff are rude, they didn’t even bother to say sorry when they repeatedly booked the wrong taxis! There should be a taxi card and a tube map etc...given to clients etc... I was repeatedly late for my work because of this The hotel is far from the Center And staff are unhelpful so is the manager to whine I raised my complaint

Hotel bello e ben curato caratterizzato da quadri di pittori contemporanei affissi alle pareti del corridoio. Servizio efficiente, pulizia impeccabile. A voler fare le pulci, la stanza non era quella rappresentata nella foto all’atto della prenotazione e il letto matrimoniale, peraltro appoggiato a una parete da un lato, ha un solo comodino e mancano in entrambi i lati utili abat jour e prese per la ricarica degli smartphone

Residence in zona tranquilla e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici

Good location, lovely looking rooms. Although I slept on a fold out bed. I would go back again.

L’accueil a été impeccable. L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien pratique d’autant plus qu’il y a un supermarché Lidl et un Carrefour Market à proximité. Une bonne alternative pour éviter le centre de Milan tout en restant accessible grâce au métro

Posizione comoda, stanza pulita e confortevole

Le foto sono ingannevoli, in quanto la stanza a me riservata era sotto il livello stradale, quindi con pochissima luce naturale e con l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre

I had one of the cheap rooms. The place is safe and clean, but there are a lot of little impractical elements. You need to use three different keys, there is no lighting out table near your bed, kitchen is very minimal (ex no bread knife, no scissors), bed is a sleeping sofa, where your pillows will fall of the edges(forget sitting and reading in bed). Your can hear what is going on in the neighbor rooms. and you live below ground level where people walking outside can take a peek down on your bed through semi transparent curtains cracks at night. Wifi quality not optimal (slightly worse than average hotel wifi).

Everything was fine but if you have a sofa-bed your comfort is limited. I would suggest to add a layer of memory foam on the mattress of sofa bed.
