No habia agua caliente

Nobody ever picks up the phone. They gave me a horrible room that looks like a seminary. No hair drier. Awful room.

Pedí una habitación con 2 camas individuales las cuales se le salían los resortes y las almohadas pésimas . Pedí cambio de habitación y la que había igual a la mía, en las mismas condiciones. Tuve que pagar una diferencia para subir de nivel la habitación. La cama muy incómoda aunque no se le salían los resortes, el personal de recepción, solo se limitó a ofrecer una habitación más cara . La tomó o la dejó. Restaurante muy caro, nunca regresaré a ese hotel

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel para una boda en los alrededores de Cuernavaca y lo disfrutamos mucho. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, habitaciones limpias y cómodas (aunque los colchones un poco duros). El restaurante tiene muy buena comida aunque el servicio es variable (de las tres comidas que hicimos ahí, dos con muy buenos meseros y una con uno muy malo). Es un hotel ideal para familias, con albercas, canchas, área de juegos, todo en muy buenas condiciones. El viernes en la noche había música en vivo en el restaurante, muy agradable, aunque ruidoso cuando ya estabas en la habitación, afortunadamente no acabó tarde. El acceso al hotel implica pasar por una caseta para entrar al fraccionamiento en el que se encuentra el hotel. Las personas de seguridad pareciera que no saben que hay un hotel y no son tan amables, piden que dejes una identificación cuando normalmente la piden cuando haces el check-in en el hotel. Pero, en general, buena experiencia.

Habitación cómoda y limpia, por el calor hace falta aire acondicionado. Buen ambiente familiar, buen restaurante, con personal muy amable. Si regreso.

Habia ventilador de techo

Muy mala experiencias - desde la llegada, el personal nada al pendiente( no todos) pero la mayoría muy mal servicio - llegué a las 1:30 pero el cuarto te lo dan hasta más 3pm y les pedí que me apoyaran en brindarme el cuarto un poco antes, cosa que no sucedió, hasta que pedí hablar con su gerente, me lo dieron. Los cuartos, muy muy viejo, son aire acondicionado, un infierno estar dentro del cuarto, con decirles que preferí irme del hotel en la noche

Las camas están terribles, hay que actualizarlas. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero limpias y cumplidoras.

Las instalaciones estuvieron bien

El personal es super amable, las instalaciones son cómodas tienes todo lo que pudieras necesitar para disfrutar la estancia...el colchón un poco duro pero eso es cuestión de gustos

Todo muy bien, no tuve oportunidad de ir al restaurante pero espero pronto.

Muy bien servicio

We arrived late and the attendant was very nice and pleasant. I made a call to the attendant because the water was cold and could not take a shower. Ten minutes later the water was still cold. I called back and another person answered the phone and was extremely rude. She said the mantenance people were gone and I have to wait until 9AM the next day to have hot water. When I told her that I needed to take a shower that night and the next day she hanged up on me. I proceeded to go the reception area which is very hard to do because there are about 120 strairs I had to claim. She had me there waiting for about 20 minutes while she was on the phone talking to somone and first told me room 406 was available and 5 minutes later said that was not available because it just got reserve. So I said well is reserved for tomorrow so I can stay there tonight and then tomorrow you can move me again. She refused and gave another key of a 300 room. When I got to the room it was the same the water was cold so I have to go back to the reception area and get another key and it was the same finally I said it is your job to find me a room. I am 71 years old at midnight looking for a room and claiming 120 stairs every time . Finally she sent someone to help me with a gentleman from security. This person was helpful and find me another room. While this was happening there was a loud party downstairs until 3AM. When it was over people came back to the rooms talking and I can hear peo

We arrived late and they gave us a large room with decaden wood. The water was cold and advised the management. She told me the water will be fine, but they never fixed it. The late mananger arrived and was very dimissive of my situation and haned up the phone on me. So I went to the counter and she gave key after key of eooms that were worse or the same. She was very nasty and inefficient and treated me worse than a dog. They also haveloud music until 3AM in the morning in a Monday evening. The guests were talking and throwing up after their big party. There were no consideration of the guests staying there. The bed had crowling insects all over and to end my ordela I could not open the door after I got up. All there is old and not useful. I wanted to return my money for two rooms and they refused. I recommend the Holiday Inn for the sam price in Las Palmas.

Colchones muy duros. Y raro su personal de la recepción.

Las camas individuales están súper duras e incómodas, algunos toma corrientes no servian y el hotel ya está viejo

No me gustó que no se respetará mi habitación. Pague por un cuarto con 2 camas individuales y me asignaron una habitación sin buena ventilación con una cama matrimonial

A la hora de hacer el check in y check out el personal nada amable...por el contrario todo el personal en general amable..
