Place was great - spotless, comfortable, convenient. The only knock we had was that the washing machine didn’t work. Would recommend to anyone visiting Galway.

Location was good for us and the apartment was roomy. From the parking area, the stair access was not secure as door was missing. This made all the security features at the front entrance meaningless.

The view was what we stayed there for, and it did not disappoint! Property was clean, safe, and dining options nearby were perfect!

Good building location, however our room was directly across from a walk sign that beeped continuously and to add to the issue there is a street light at eye level which lights up the room in the evening and night. The hot water was a challenge to get to work for even a warm shower. The water heater made a loud annoying sound everytime a hot or cold water faucet was turned on, particularly disturbing at night. The bathroom needs refurbishment as the bottom case work of the bathtub is rusted and damaged. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tea/ coffee but lacked basic cooking needs.

Loved the location and the views from the apartment. Local transit very easily accessible. The condition of the apartment however needs improvement. Also does not provide tea coffee, paper towels laundry soap etc. so make sure you account for that. No shampoo conditioner either. The kitchen otherwise is well equipped.

We loved this apartment. It was in a great location and the views were incredible. It was spacious and clean. We would have given it a 5 if improvements were made to the bathrooms. The quality of the showers was less than desirable, and there was a lack of convenient hot water for 4 people.

Stayed here for 3 nights in early July with our kids. It's fine. They're self-catering units with no management on-site which wasn't super clear and was a little frustrating. We wanted an extra blanket/duvet, and this was apparently a request that they didn't usually provide. We didn't get enough bath towels or toilet roll, and couldn't get any in spite of submitting a request through their "just let us know if you need anything! :)" email. The unit had one kitchen sponge, one dish towel, and no other items to clean or wash with. (A paper towel roll would have been great.) No laundry detergent. No dressers or open shelves in the bedrooms. No fans to help with heat. Nowhere to hang any wet items or to string up our travel clothesline. The parking is very tight. The building is old: not quiet, a bit run down, some mildew (to be expected given the location.) The units are a nice size overall; would easily fit a folding crib. The balconies are definitely not child-safe and there are signs indicating this. Location is great; easy walk to Centra (which has a serviceable grocery selection and off license), restaurants, the aquarium. Lovely view of the promenade and Galway Bay. Galway city centre is walkable in theory, but not with young kids. If I returned to Galway area, I would choose a nicer property.

Very spacious and self checkin was easy to follow and well communicated. Kitchen was well serviced and washing machine a bonus. Car park was pretty full, but plenty of free parking across the road if needed.

Well situated with plenty of space!

The best place ever! Directly across from the beach! Coffee, convenience store, pharmacy, bus stop right near the entrance. After long days of sightseeing, I sat in my room watching so many people on the Salthill Promenade. It was great fun even when I was resting.

The bay view was so calming that the busy street below was not a bother. Superb location for walking. The small aquarium close by was worth the visit
