Clean, convenient to restaurants, shops, beach and thermal springs

The owners are very nice and kind but the hotel needs a renovation . The bathroom was absolutely very small . Our room was on the street and very noisy we CANNOT stand the air condition so the window was open tò get fresh air...

Nikos was welcoming and helpful and friendly the area of therma is lovely, it has a really pretty bay , my room faced a small mountain which was really nice to look at it has a path that leads you up above the bay. the cleaning staff were wonderful my room was small but good value.

Hotel Anthemis is a family run/operated hotel located in the heart of Therma. Rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly and fresh linens/towels provided (every other day). Hot water can be tricky in winter months as the solar powered water heaters are the source. You may want to avoid taking showers late at night or early in the morning, unless you like cold showers. Rooms have all the basics as well as mini fridges and safes. Staff is ever smiling and eager to assist you in anyway they can, whether you need a rental car or a taxi/cab ride to the airport, they make it happen. Breakfast is not served during winter, only offered in Summer months. Sometimes noise (especially bathroom) seem to travel between rooms little more than you would expect but it is certainly not a deal breaker.

The hotel is very nice and also the couple managing the structure! They were very kind with us. The room is simple but with everything working well (air conditioned, hot water, room cleaning, etc). The hotel is very near to the seaside and the centre where good restaurant are available for lunch and dinner at low price in a very nice context. In the end...if you need to rent a car you can ask the contact to them! In the high season it can be not so easy to find a car in Ikaria..
