Really great location, with beautful views. Breakfast was basic, which I expected for the price. The walls have no soundproofing and you can heard e v e r y t h i n g through them - not great. Staff were helpful. Would stay again if it wasn't for the paperthin walls.

Estadia muito boa, só me decepcionei um pouco com o quarto que fiquei, faltam mais fotos, tv do quarto era minuscula, melhor nem ter, e a cortina do box precaria, mas de resto tudo certo, cama boa e vista linda

Väldigt trevlig och med en historisk känsla. Trevlig personal, mycket god och riklig frukostbuffé. Ligger bra till i stan och det känns nära till allt.

Hôtel qui vaut bien sa seule étoile. Il ne faut pas à s’attendre plus pour le prix. Hôtel très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes de la cathédrale. Chambre tout juste correct. Douche pas très agréable car très petite et avec un rideau. Petit déjeuner passable (très peu de choix).

Localização excelente! Tem estacionamentos públicos e privados bem perto e fora da zona ZTL. Fica próximo ao centro e praças principais. Equipe de funcionários muitos simpáticos, prestativos e café da manhã bom. Único ponto negativo é o banheiro do quarto. Da para ver que o prédio é antigo e embora bem conservado e limpo, o banheiro parece de hospital. Secador bem fraquinho e antigo e o box é de cortina de plástico, achei anti higiênico e espirra bastante água por todo lado.

Emplacement parfait! A quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Personnel accueillant, serviable, souriant. Très propre. Déjeuner varié et excellent! Lit confortable, la vue de la chambre était exceptionnelle et le petit balcon très apprécié.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further.

Séjour de deux nuits en couple. Chambre très confortable avec vue magnifique sur Sienne. Personnel à l’accueil et au service sympathique et à l’écoute. Petits déjeuners de qualité . Séjour excellent

Rooms are pretty basic but location is amazing, right bang in the centre of the old town, all sights are within walkable distance. Breakfast was decent but was quite limited on the second day we were there with a lot of the hot items not being restocked

The room was good & the breakfast was nice. Good location. Easy to catch a bus to San Gimignano or Florence.

Hotel muito limpo. Excelente localização, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Recepcionista muito ríspida, acho que ela não gosta de turista. Pedi pra me indicar uma agência de turismo para fazer passeio ali e ela disse que não sabia me indicar nenhum. Sempre sisuda. Um dos piores banheiros que já frequentei, não tem box, apenas uma cortina em um espaço bem apertado. Eu sou pequena e mesmo assim ela ficava se encostando em mim durante o banho (horrível). Após o checkout pedimos para deixar a bagagem mais algumas horas na recepção, pois nosso tem demoraria um pouco pra sair, deixaram, mas esse é um serviço cobrado à parte (nenhum outro hotel que passei cobra por isso).

The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure. The view was incredible. The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. Thank you all for a great stay!

Chambre propre mais le mobilier est vieillot et il manque des éléments pour se sentir comfortable (bouilloire, rangement). Je ne sais pas si c'est partout la même chose, mais de ma chambre j'entendais tous les bruits extérieurs (les portes qui s'ouvrent, les gens dans le couloir,le voisin ronfler !) Je n'ai pas bien dormi et le bruit m'a beaucoup gêné pendant mon séjour. Emplacement idéal et personnel très aimable et serviable.
