The stay was for my parents. They had no complaints.

The woman checking us in at 4:30pm silently stared at the computer for at least five minutes without speaking to us. When we got to our room, someone was inside, which was startling. She said she was doing a “final check” however there were hairs in the bathroom and small pieces of debris on the couch. The lights in the bedroom went off and on by themselves. The air conditioning was so loud and sounded like emergency vehicles on down on the street. There was drilling going on right above us. Someone knocked and then immediately tried to enter our room while we were still in bed this morning even with the door hang indicating privacy. About an hour later as I was getting out of the shower it happened again. The whole experience was stressful. The location is great though!

This is a wonderful hotel at a fair cost! It is in a solid location and the staff were all so friendly. The only critique I have is that self parking is not as clearly advertised as the valet parking. Again, with the fair price of the hotel, it's not the end of the world to deal with valet services.

Close to the convention center and metro station. There are a lot of renovations going on, but nothing that was bothering me. Very kind receptionist.

The front desk was helpful and the room was clean. I did not feel the hotel was worth the price I paid and we got a handicap room. The restaurant was under construction and parking is expensive

Worst experience in my life. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT A HYATT. THIS IS A MOTEL. This hotel should be closed permanently. We booked a room two months before. We arrived after a long trip to find that they had no rooms. The hotel reception was dirty and the staff was not even close to a Hyatt level. They asked us to wait three hours before we finally left to look for another hotel at about midnight. A challenge in itself. DONT GO THERE. BELIEVE ME.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which were not disclosed before booking. I found this very disappointing.

Rooms was very spacious

The guy the desk was high and gave us completely incorrect information on parking, even how to use the elevators. His information was wrong. The one elevator was completely under construction and probably should have been taken out of use. We get to the room and there's no soap and soap in the bathroom. There's water damage in the bathroom, torn wallpaper in the dining area and an air conditioning unit that rattled all night long. The only person who was helpful and knew anything about anything about the hotel was a valet who gets five stars would not recommend save your money. Go elsewhere

The issue I didn’t like was the hot water in the shower seemed like it was on a timer. It didn’t stay hot for long.

The night receptionists always had an attitude, and because I was taking my pictures since the hotel had a nice background she kept asking if I stayed in the hotel and I assured her many times I did and even told her my room number. She was just nasty. And ask for my ID to confirm

Everything was fine disappointed there was no WASH Close in the room the refrigerator was not working I wasn’t aware of that until I went to get my fuit was unbeatable

Property is really nice, loved the rooms. Would stay again! The only thing we were bummed about was there’s no pool and the roof top was getting renovated, which we were so excited for. But all around was a great place to stay .

I stayed there for 3 nights and my room was only cleaned on the day before I left. Also I requested bathroom towels and cloths and didn’t receive them.
