Perfect location of you dont have any trouble sleeping with a noice old AC this is a perfect stay in the middle of little Italy. Confy bed and good shower.

Nice & Close To My Places Downtown 💯✅️. Excellent Staff & I'm Hearing Some Complaints About Parking- I Did Get Lucky & Park In Front. Parking Is About A Block Away (No Big Deal😃). Great Place And Had A Fantastic Stay🙌🤩😭👍💯.

Very convenient to downtown square, dining, shops, farmer's market, touring pier and maritime museums. Friendly staff and clean room.

Location is awesome but the room’s TV and phone were both broken, staff fixed the TV eventually. When we arrived we got an automated text message that said we could text with any questions, but nobody actually monitors it. It was clean and affordable.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado, justo a un lado de una plaza con restaurantes y a distancia corta de Downrown San Diego Lo que jo me gustó fué el olor se la habitación: parecía como si faltara desinfección porque el aroma era a sudor.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Little Italy. Many choices of restaurants nearby. The bed quality is good, very comfortable. However, there are a couple things I would like to see improvement if staying again. The shower is from the ceiling straight down, but there is no shower cap provided. When arriving late and tired in evening, don’t want to wet the hair but just a quick shower. The breakfast is just on a lobby counter without sitting area, we took the food back to the room but there is only one chair for a room with king size bed, which doesn’t make sense. The breakfast ends at 9:30, but before 9 am, most of the food gone, only a few apples, oranges, and chocolate croissants, plus some dairy products in the frig. Not even regular non-sweet breads.

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. Only thing I would complain is a smell to a cleaning product, I am not good with aromas. But I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place, very kind employees, it's located at a great spot, easy to find, close to the trolley station and it's at a very good walking distance from cool places in downtown!

Location is quite convenient and the staff was extremely helpful. However I thought the room was smaller than expected and the chair in the room was mediocre at best.

Great place just having to pay for parking each day isn’t that great and the included breakfast is coffee and some pastries.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, el personal super amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar, está básicamente a la vuelta de little Italy, alrededor hay mucho que hacer,mucho que comer, la habitación limpia ,pequeña pero super cómoda , y lo más importante son pet frendly, lo recomiendo , si no buscan lujo sino un citio cómodo para descansar y estar cerca de la acción ese es el lugar indicado Urban Hotel , gracias al staff por sus atenciones

Excellent location in Little Italy

The place is very convenient to mass transportation and little Italy. It was clean and quiet. The room was small but well setup. A disappointment was that Hotels.com listed gym access that did not exist anymore. There was a nice contental breakfast and helpful folk on the desk.
