Great Hotel, Great Breakfast the breakfast was far better than any hotel here in the states. Good Restaurant. Nice upstairs pool area.

The only problem I had with the place was the first room. I got the AC. It was messed up, but they immediately moved me to a different room and on the outside with a hotel that that’s not the hotel fault but the whole road is being redone so it’s just dirt out there.

The breakfast menu was excellent and staff very good.No Wifi due to construction work in the street outside and no TV for 1 week. Swimming pool very small never used.Roaches in the room but got serviced out,Clean environment in the Hotel. Street outside construction disaster at the moment.

La persona que se encargo del check in no fue lo suficientemente amable como para que hasta ese momento hubieramos pasado por alto el hecho de que el Hotel esta rodeado en estos momentos de areas en cvonstrccion. La persona que nos ayudo con las maletas fue muy amable, las personas que atendian a la hora del desayuno tambien fueron muy amables y tambien la persona en la zona del parqueo. Note ciertas areas que necesitan atencion en el aseo: en la ducha habia moho en los bodes, los guardaescobas tineias polvo de dias y note pequenas telaranas cerca a ellos. las puertas del ascensor necesitan un poco de cuidado en el aseo, qude notiene nada que ver con el dormir, pero si en la apariencia general. Lo ultimo que quisiera decir es: Si todo hubiera empesado bien en el momento del check in, probablemente Yp no estuviera dejando todos este molesto comentario

Never again

The staff excellent, manager is rude, have to change room because I found crock roaches in the room and in the bathroom. They charged me taxes even though the reservation was made with a USA credit card and presented an USA passport . Never again! This is NOT a 4 star hotel at all

Los colchones horribles , la carretera de acceso las están reparando y no lo dicen en la app. Es horrible el acceso .El servicio al cliente horrible .Tratan a los acompañantes sin respeto . Horrible servicio no lo recomiendo.

We have been staying at the Radisson for the last three years - usually one to three weeks at a time. The staff is wonderful. But management has started to cut costs in small ways. So the rooms aren’t repaired as weak as they should be. The breakfast isn’t as good as it used to be. It’s still an okay hotel, but we will look for a different hotel when we come back next month.

El hotel está muy bien para relación calidad de precio, la variedad del desayuno podría mejorar así como la limpieza de la habitación. La piscina está súper el personal sin duda alguna hace que la experiencia sea mucho más acogedora.

Very good

The staff made this experience worth staying even if the hotel wasnt fully up to my standards. The gentleman working during breakfast was very attentive and the front desk helped with room change after my first room not being the best. I will plan to stay again

Construction outside spoiled the trip

Realmente para la sombrilla (Radisson) el hotel deja mucho que desear, una falta de mantenimiento en TODAS las áreas, pequeños y grandes detalles, un ejemplo, tome el ascensor de servicio al lado del de huéspedes falta de atención total.

For 300 $ per night the room was very average. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

The experience was excellent overall. The staff were friendly and professional. The food delicious! What stood out for me was the server at the restaurant who greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile . He already knew what we liked. The hotel is great told with nearby shops and restaurants.
