Difficult access, unclean, service disgustingly unsanitary.

Es un buen hotel, el desayuno esta bastante bien, las habitaciones son cómodas, silenciosas, espaciosas, un buen internet wifi, y esta cerca de buenos restaurantes.

La excelencia en el servicio por parte del personal. Desde que llegué hasta que me fui me senti como en casa. Muchas gracias

The city is not the best one

Staff are amazing kind, smiling, always there to help. Hotel is a company from China so the quality is really cheap, Bugs on the plates in the dining, in the room, inside the elevator. Food average, bed is good, bathroom clean but low quality. This hotel is 2 stars. No the 4.8 points described by Expedia. To much money for the money you pay:(

ESTA A MUY BUEN PRECIO

Never again at this location, After checking in, I went to my room and was immediately disappointed. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned, the toilet wasn’t flushing, and the shower wasn’t working correctly. I asked to speak with the hotel manager, but the situation only got worse. The property was surrounded by a noisy construction zone, which made both the room and pool area extremely loud and unpleasant. Although we were offered a coupon for a welcome drink, it wasn’t available when we came to redeem it. The hotel manager I spoke with was unprofessional and unhelpful—he didn’t apologize once for the inconvenience and seemed more interested in upselling me than addressing any of the issues. The breakfast staff were nice , while the bar man at the 12th floor was not friendly at all I will be filing a formal complaint with the Radisson corporate office regarding this experience.

Like the property . Location is very good . Parking is free . Breakfast was very good

Estadía regular, el baño de la habitación se salía el agua de la ducha, al ingresar a la habitación la chapa de la puerta estaba descargada y desactivada, tuve que bajar 2 veces a recepción a solicitar el mantenimiento.

Habitacion no muy grande, la limpieza no era top, el personal si, la ubicauon también

pense que el hotel estaba en mejor estado, se ve abandonado, los vidrios muy sucios y la decoracion muy regular
