The room is ok, even it would need some renovation, but the service in this place is not good. It took 20 minutes to find my Hotels(dot)com reservation that I had totally paid beforehand. And they got me feel that it is my mistake. This is the first time ever when I had a problem with Hotels' service booking. Then the key card didn't work and the guy in the reception behaved like I cannot use it. And some more issues... The location is good, the building is ok, but they would need people who know something about customer service and maybe also more reliable IT system.

Never stayed before as normally we use a different hotel while in Berlin. But happily we got lucky as taking our 14 year old with us finding hotel with 3 beds was limited. Great location M29 bus stops right outside.

The building looks a bit tired but the room was big and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Decent location, well connected with public transport, a few touristy restaurants nearby, several cafes and supermarkets around the corner. Check-in was a bit slow. Check-out was easy and could leave my bag to collect later. Staff were friendly enough. I didn’t opt for the breakfast. In general good value for the money.

Tæt på lækre spisesteder og shopping muligheder. Tæt på transport til Berlins største seværdigheder. Så nemt at komme til og fra. Værelset var stort og der var alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Virkelig gode senge! Det var rent og personalet var venlige. Vi var i bil og parkerede på hotellets parkeringsplads.

The fitness centre is 4 machines and the treadmill had a dodgy belt. Not the hotel’s fault, but outside was super noisy with d*ckheads over rev’ing their cars/bikes all night. Walls/floors of the hotel are thin. Underlying smell of smoke in the carpeted corridors. Overpriced, but good location for the marathon….

Indtjekning kunne være bedre, vedkommende var meget distræt og havde travlt med at snakke til højre og venstre Vi påtalte 2 gange at lampen ved sengen ikke virkede men den blev aldrig lavet Morgenmad var fint, men oplevede at en ung mand der tilsyneladende var ny blev irettesat på en ubehagelig måde foran alle dem der sad og spiste, det var ikke sjovt at se og høre på og man fik ondt af ham Ikke helt så godt hotel som det plejer at være og vi har været der mange gange, det er lidt ærgerligt

Dette hotellet skuffer ikke. Har vært her flere ganger. Frokosten er veldig bra med godt utvalg. Savner Earl Grey te, men det er bare en bagatell 😊

Veldig bra plassering med gå avstand til dyreparken og shopping. Rommene var rene og fine.

We spent 5 days at this hotel, 2 parents, 2 grown up kids (use 2 hotel rooms). Very nice room. Very good locations, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Parking is possible (but parking was a challenge due to the narrow space). Buses a trains within walking distance. So all in all a very nice place to stay!

Ein schönes Hotel mitten in Berlin, hat Flair und Ausstrahlung. Tolles Frühstücksbuffett und einen kleinen Wellnessbereich.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très sympathique, chambres très confortables et super équipées; en plus il est très bien situé avec des accès proches aux transports publics.
