The room is ok, even it would need some renovation, but the service in this place is not good. It took 20 minutes to find my Hotels(dot)com reservation that I had totally paid beforehand. And they got me feel that it is my mistake. This is the first time ever when I had a problem with Hotels' service booking. Then the key card didn't work and the guy in the reception behaved like I cannot use it. And some more issues...
The location is good, the building is ok, but they would need people who know something about customer service and maybe also more reliable IT system.
