Great staff and large suites. Beautiful courtyard with pool.

Nice hotel full kitchen right next to Bourbon St all bars walking distance only thing that I fidnt like about the property is the night receptionist keep locking the door to the entrance at 7pm I was told it would stay open til 9pm just felt like he was over controlling, also parking is horrible and the property doesn't offer it the cheapest option is to valet with the hotel next door they were really nice and fast getting the car when needed

One block from Bourbon Street. Very close to the action scene but away enough to get good sleep. Loved the apartment style suite. Staff were very friendly.

This hotel was nice but getting up and down the stairs with luggages was horrible. There is no elevator. And only one bedrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Location is excellent, and the property is very nice. Super quiet

We like this property because it is convenient, has kitchens has a pool, and it is clean. The staff is friendly. I do miss the old front desk but i like the new door locks.

Very nice and peaceful

Amazing little gem tucked away in a wonderful central location with beautiful history and spacious rooms . It was an incredible value for the price. Would definitely recommend for extended stay or just a quick overnight trip into the city .

We loved this property. The homey feel. Those who work in the front are always so friendly and with lots of recommendations. We loved our room the bed was extremely comfortable, extremely clean, did not bother us once that there is no daily house keeping. The hotel is key up extremely well. And this hotel is away from all the noise, yet minutes away from bourbon. We would go back to New Orleans just to stay here again.

Not good

The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room and property were both clean and well kept. The location was in walking distance from bars, restaurants and stores. The parking garage was close by asc well. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Low noise even though it is only one block off Bourbon St. Good staff and rooms are as nice as shown in the pictures. Would stay there again.

The stay was fantastic..

The front desk staff is amazing! They are so knowledgeable and gave us great options for places to eat. They watched our luggage at check in and check out so we could get our car and be right out front. Love the 24/7 pool & hot tub. The beds & pillows were so comfortable! This is a great place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!!

very charming and a great location - close to the french quarter action but not drowning in it (you can head down the quieter streets if you want a break from the craziness). if you're familiar with french hotels, you'll love it. if you expect an american hotel, you'll probably be confused.(i.e. no elevator, leave your key with the concierge, skinny doors). you can hear the calliope from the steamship on the patio but fortunately not in your room!

Old world charm. Clean with friendly staff.

Not so much complaints but things to be aware of. The upper-level rooms have no elevator access. As to parking, you are on your own. Some of the public parking garages nearby are pricey. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we loved our stay and will go back again.

Grenoble House is a great place to stay in New Orleans. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The location is convenient—right in the center, yet still quiet enough to relax. The staff was helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The outdoor area with a swimming pool and hot tub was a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere, Grenoble House felt like a comfortable home base. I would definitely stay here again.
