I thought the hotel was very clean … pool was clean … the staff was very friendly I will be staying there in the future…

Decent place to stay over night . Room was clean and lady at front desk very helpful. Street noise is very loud so if your a light sleeper this might not be the place for you

Fourth trip to Best Florida Resort. Every time has been amazing. Iris and her staff treat us like family. I would recommend this place to everyone it’s our number one.

Windows are old and don’t close, so you hear the noise outside. Blinds are old and broken. All the other amenities are fine for the price. . Great location. This is my second time staying here?

Nice small hotel to stay at.

The property is quaint and close to the beach. Our room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

Stay was very nice. Only issue I had was next door neighbor was a bit noisy talking outside my door between midnight and 2:00AM. I did ask them to lower their voice but apparently they didn’t know how to talk to low voice.

It was relatively nice. A bit outdated. The biggest complaint is the noise level. The people who work there and the guests are so obnoxiously loud at all hours of the day and night. Very close to the street so you get all that street noise as well. It was OK but i wouldn't return

We were not able to find parking anywhere because we were in an rv and I could not get ahold of the contact for the hotel past 12am.

Consiglio tantissimo questo posto le camere sono pulitissime e i letti molto comodi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con due letti quieen size. Il patio è veramente accogliente molto fresco riparato da splendide Palme e una piscina molto carina e pulitissima. Nonostante non facciano servizio di pulizia in camera giornaliera durante il giorno ci sono sempre delle signore molto gentili e risposte ad aiutarti alle quali si può chiedere qualcosa se necessario. Due pecche la mancanza di una reception 24 ore su 24 e ovviamente la vicinanza alla main street e quindi abbastanza rumoroso ma se non si soffre di insonnia va benissimo. Nonostante questo la consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei di nuovo.

We got there before check in. She let us put our luggage in her office. They got right on cleaning our room. Gave us directions to get to a restaurant & store. Was a short walk. Was also a short walk to nice beach. We love this hotel. Very kind, clean & comfortable.
