Best staff of all the hotels during the 2 weeks in Japan. The Onsen is excellent as well. Wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!

少し古い

安定の奈良ロイヤルホテルです。 古い感じはしますが、スタッフは明るくて 対応は非常によいです。 贅沢いえば 何回も泊まってますが朝飯に バリエーションがないのが、 ちょっと残念です

The hot springs and overnight guest lounge were nice. The hotel does need a remodel but the staff were amazing and super helpful, especially their English speaking staff. One in particular, he was extremely helpful to my elderly parents.

部屋は広く、朝食のバイキングも楽しめて、気持ちよく時間を過ごすことができました。近鉄や奈良駅やJR奈良駅から遠いですし、駅からも少し距離がありますが、それを差し引いても居心地の良い空間を提供してもらいました。

Unfortunately we had to stay in a smoking room, it was disgusting the smell because we do not smoke.

立地も良く入浴施設も広くゆったり出来た。 マッサージ？も上手なスタッフにあたったのかとても身体が楽になっていた。 このホテルの所為ではなく奈良という立地からなのかお土産売り場がしょぼいw あと扱い先により違うのかも知れないが、案内された内容では駐車場が無く最寄りの有料駐車場を探す必要ありと記載されたが実際行ってみるとすぐ脇に立派な駐車場があり心配は徒労に終わった。 確かに有料ではあるが案内するなら隣接する駐車場(何台可能)とかある方が親切だと思う。 また利用しようって思わせてくれるホテルでした。

Quite possibly the most welcoming front desk in all of Japan. They went out of their way on more than one occasion to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and really showed they are passionate about the hotel and their guests. The onsite onsen was fantastic as well. It’s about a ten minute walk from the nearest train station, shin-omiya

スタッフの丁寧な対応が嬉しかったです。朝食バイキングも種類豊富で季節感や地元料理を考えられた内容で美味しかったです。

Very clean hotel with large rooms and a 80's vibe. Plenty of parking spaces and is a great choice for those driving.
