El hotel está súper agusto siento que le hace falta una buena remodelada pero en si la estancia muy agusto solo no me gustó que me obligaran a consumir buffet porque ni mis hijos ni yo comemos tanto para desquitar ese precio y cantidad de comida

Todo bien, solo en la madrugada nos estuvieron marcando al cuarto y quisieron abrir la puerta

No temé menú de desayno, peo sí de comida. El de comida no estaba completo y ya no tan fresco a las 4:30. Nos dijeron que estaba abierto hasta las 6 y a las 5 recogieron todo.

Excelente atención, gozamos mucho la alberca, el hotel en general muy agusto. Volveremos pronto!

I liked this hotel. The scenery of the lake and swimming pools/outdoor areas are spectacular and the meals are first class. Very much an upscale setting and worthy of a corporate event. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating for a couple of changes I needed. The hotel is very well kept for an older-style hotel. Only one complaint: I like a hard mattress, but my bed felt like a rock. I mean, the absolute hardest mattress I have ever slept on.

We stopped in Ajijic by fluke! I saw the pictures of the hotel on Expedia and booked it. What a lovely surprise! The room was bright and roomy. The staff very friendly. Luis Aceves at the front desk a pleasure to speak with. Parking and check in was a breeze. Although the wait staff was attentive, one drawback was that the cash register was not at the bar, but at the outside restaurant. It took time to process the payment. Seeing and chatting to older guests at the hotel, they mentioned feeling like unsafe going into the jacuzzi due to a lack of a handrail. Just a thought to add. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

todo el servicio es bueno

El hotel es muy bonito, amplio y cómodas habitaciones. Su problema es el restaurant, ya se los hice saber : nos encontramos una argolla metálica gruesa en una bebida, anotaron en la comanda los víveres, pero no llegó completa, el lunes 16, en el desayuno bufet te, no había huevo: porque se les olvidó comprar, fueron a conseguir y sumamente lento el servicio.

Great place in a magic town

La realidad es que el hotel es viejon , muy campirano muy rustico, ni secadora de cabello tenia fue exclusivo para dormir, pero si es muy ruidoso, todo se oye o la zona que nos dieron no fue la mas comoda , segun era viendo al lago y nis dieron vista la jardin ...en fin no fue una gran experiencia pero cumplio el objetivo de llegar a dormir despues de la boda

Lugar agradable para descansar y relajarse. Un poco viejas las habitaciones pero limpias y cómodas.

Un lugar hermoso, el buffet de desayuno delicioso y muy completp, el personal sumamente servicial

La habitación está bien , limpia , ordenada , y cómoda . Solo que la regadera está llena de sarro y vieja, recomiendo reemplazar.

En general todo bien. El servicio de limpieza de cuartos muy bien, la alberca muy bien. La gente del buffet, la que prepara los huevos, quesadilla y sirve los frijoles y chilaquiles muy bien, pero los meseros no son malos, son lo que le sigue, malos para atender, pero lo peor es que te quieren cobrar a medio desayuno, muy incomodo, lo hacen sentir a uno como si fuera un delincuente, a medio comer que si les podía pagar el buffet, estaba quedando en el hotel, no me iba a fugar, pero parecía que estaba huyendo, muy mal realmente mal.

Everything good

room and amenities were very nice. The only complaint is the bar/restaurant. AND its obvious it is a problem as I spoke with others staying there. The food is inconsistant, the bar is pricey. I was there for 10 days, even valentines day the place is empty. Its either not managed properly, there was plenty of staff OR maybe you could offer guests "something" It would of been fun to hang at the bar with other but no one went to the bar.
