It was a safe, quiet and convinient choice for a budget week stay. Had all room and kitchen neccesities available and changed upon request and hot water works well during sunny days.

Stayed here in 2016. Was ok In 2025 it was terrible No hot water Soap like cardboard No towels Noisy Avoid

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at, everything dirty roaches every where ,sheets dirty things broken . only good thing staff very nice and a ac unit in the room

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel Elixir Hotei In Suva . The overall condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable and far below even the most basic standards. The room was in a filthy and dirty state upon arrival. The shower and toilet were in a particularly disgusting condition—clearly not cleaned or maintained. The air conditioning did not work, making the room extremely uncomfortable. There were no towels provided, nor was there any soap for handwashing. There was also no extra sheet or blanket, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly urge your management team to address these issues immediately to avoid further complaints and negative reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos

The place was disgusting , as soon as we entered the room it have awful smell . The cabinet we broken the fridge was discolored with dirt. Cockroach runing around. Washroom door won't close fully so locked it was not even a question!! . Shower had dirt on the floor and wall . Bedroom were as bed with stain on the bed spread. No blankets . We went down to ask for blankets they didn't have anything was told they are filled book so they don't have any left . So what about this 2 bedroom apartment beds were not supposed to have blankets?? I asked her if the room was not cleaned she replied it was cleaned and they were waiting for a quest to arrive for the same room that was given to us . I told her that it doesn't seem like it was as you can clearly see the dirt every where . If it was for the sleeping kids and middle of the night with no option available we were gonna leave Even without my refund which we were not gonna gets.tried adding pictures of the place it won't let me . Picture on the hotel.com are fake !!

The info advertised is misleading and does not reflect the true nature of the place. It is filthy. The place needs a clean and furnishing needs to be updated for the prices advertised.

Friendly staff

This is a dirty place I ever seen in Suva. Not a good place to stay.

First of all the staffs were very friendly and helpful..secondly they provides everything to make sure that we are satisfied and feel comfortable and also feel at home.

Terrible value for money - TV wasn't working. No towels, no soap and was not clean. Staff didn't know I had booked despite being prepaid and booked online via Expedia. I almost walked out but had no where else to go. Will never return unless I no other option.

Pictures advertised on website does not match. No restaurant, no iron/ironing board/ they only supply packages of sugar..are they that cheap ? Toilet paper disgusting. ! Cheap toilet paper all loose... Two people booked, only one towel.. BED ....OH BOY, SIT AT THE EDGE OF THE BED AND YOU SITTING ON METAL SPRINGS..THE BED IS DISGUSTING INDEED, PLS GET NEW INVENTORY ON BEDS ROOM IS DISGUSTING INDEED WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !
