Our apartment was fantastic. It had all new appliances. The place was spotless. The view from the 4th floor balcony of the cathedral, the playground, and the street life was wonderful. The location is very good for touring in any direction of the gothic quarter.

I would definitely come back here as it is very walkable and near everything. We enjoyed our stay here as it was very clean and with complete ameneties. The place was spacious. It included kitchen and laundry which is a huge plus. Only thing is that communication needs some improvement.

Great apartment in perfect location! Clean & quite. All the needed amenities (stove, fridge, kettle, washer/drier). Very comfortable bed and sofa. Will stay there for future trips to Barcelona!

Room was clean, the bed comfortable, staff wss very helpful and responsive to communication. It was within walking distance of the Colosseum and supermarket. Public transportation is also available nearby.

Beautiful property with high tech amenities. Very clean well kept. Fantastic location cannot explain that enough. Advise for US travelers: although washer / dryer unit is provided understand that most European dryers are not going to fully dry your clothes. This washer/dryer combo was “weaker” than other dryers we’ve used in Europe but it was a very nice to have the unit onsite. Lockers provided after check out where really convenient!

This property is excellent! Perfect location to everything you could possibly need or want to see! The apartment has everything you need and is nicely appointed. Would recommend this place for sure!

정말 깨끗하고, 필요한 모든 것이 준비되어있었습니다. 식기세척기도 있어서 매우 편이했고, 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장은 60cm 의 깊이었어요. 하지만 아이들은 잘 놀았습니다.

Really excellent location in the gothic quarter of Barcelona, just steps from historic wonders, shops and restaurants. A completely virtual check-in process which was seamless. The small rooftop pool with cathedral views was a nice bonus. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Perhaps could have done with some English instructions for the washer/dryer. Overall extremely happy.

Un appartement très bien situé et très fonctionnel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 8 nuits à cet endroit. AC très efficace donc on dort très bien et c’est agréable pour pouvoir faire un peu à manger et faire son lavage pour un long séjour. Je recommande!

The apartment is awesome. Very clean and well organized. Kitchen is great. Washer and dryer is a bonus. The beds weren't great. The master bedroom was quite hard. Our daughter left the twin room to sleep on the couch. However beds are a personal preference so it may be great for others. The location is great. We walked everywhere. I would highly recommend. The building manager was awesome. Very quick responses. Our only disappointment was after the first day we couldnt get access to the pool area. Don't be confused. It is more like a 12 by 12 concrete pool but the rooftop sitting area is awesome. It would have been nice to sit out in the evenings.we had called and asked 2 times but what they said didnt work so we moved on. Very small disappointment. The apartment is worth that small inconvenience Its a great place. We will return
