It is a really nice place to stay, the hotel is huge and the rooms were really big as well. The breakfast had a good selection and was very quiet so there felt no need to rush and there was a lovely variety of fresh food. In the evening it got quite loud from families running around the corridors but once it hit 23:00 it got quiet again. The hotel is also in a good location , not in the centre of the old town but a ten minute walk that allows you to see a bit more of Lublin. Personally I didn’t have a car, but there were car parking spaces available as well as a lift and entrance for disabled guests.

The hotel is situated inside the beautifully renovated yeshiva building. It affords the opportunity to visit the old synagogue and see an exhibition about the building. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very good.

Big room and good breakfast

The food in their restaurant was one of the worst food! Wasn't what was described on the menu. They just shrug when i told them about the inedible food. Key card doesn't work the morning of checkout. We went to take our luggages down to the car and couldn't get back into the room before the checkout time is up. The slowest elevator, if the elevator is at the ground level you will have to wait about 5 minutes for it to get up to you and if you missed it by 1 floor it could easily takes 10 minutes!!!

This hotel has character, well furnished ,very nice comfortable bed , warm, amazing buffet breakfast ,staff are great ,water in the shower was a bit hit and miss ,not always warm ,10 minutes walk to the old town ,a fridge in the room and this pace would be a 10 for me

Habe upgrade bekommen. Fur das Parkplatz musste ich extra bezahlen.

The opportunity to be on the historic Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva and pray there was terrific.

It's been the best hotel experience in Poland over the past month. We are delighted.

Exceptionnel en tout point.

Definitely not a 4* hotel - more like a 2* - lovely building and clean room, but stained, patched carpets, an air conditioner that didn't cool the room (in a heatwave), and you had to specifically request the controller. Generally poor facilities. Apart from the very nice man on check in, the staff didn't seem interested at all - lady when I checked out didn't even interrupt her phone call. Breakfast staff didn't seen to be trained at all - 'hot' items were left to go cold and with no burner under the trays, bread and milk ran out and not replaced, staff disappeared. This is very surprising in Poland where hotel staff are generally outstanding.

Pleasant and comfortable old fashioned hotel. Great breakfast and polite staff.

When we checked in at night, the room was not made up and there were used towels in the bathroom. The environment was not clean totally.
