The smells of the room were bad upon arrival. The shower was not working properly.

Room was ok. Staff better.

The room only had 2 outlets (one by the sink in the bathroom area and one under the TV) - none by the bed which is very inconvenient. The shower was multicolored (white, beige, etc) due to age and wear and only had a fabric shower curtain (i.e., no liner). This led to water pooling outside of the shower on the floor and there were limited towels provided so it was difficult to soak it all up. I booked here based on the recent reviews which were very good but I wouldn't rate it highly. It was ok if you are looking for somewhere to stay for one night and won't have much time in the room, but would recommend going somewhere else if you want more than the VERY basic room with significant limitations.

Room was not swept or mopped crumbs and dirty on the floor. Toilet cover did not even cover or fit the toilet tank. Tube was filling up with water as you shower stopper was clog and not unscrewing to unclog. No room service was offered.

Everything went well!!

It was ok. Not what I expected. I didn't sleep well at all, due to the people above us. I thought I reserved a room that faced the pool. Considering the main reason I was there was going to a church I've been wanting to go to, I just needed a bed. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though 😞.

The wooden floor in the room was sticky. Broken ice machine. Reserved room for 3 persons but only 2 bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash towel were available. Towel rack by the sink was dirty. But the night staff was helpful getting ice for me.

This property is crap! Poor customer service!

Motel 6 Pomona had a nice staff that will assist with a smile on their faces

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, did their best. However - the room was terrible. Bath continually dripping a lot, tub leaking water on bathroom floor, main room wall lights not working, water leak on main room floor, AC only worked some of the time, towel rail falling off the wall. Basically falling apart.
