We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights 23rd-25th of may 2026 the reception staff are lovely. An issue with one of the nighttime staff but the daytime staff were straight on it and are working to get it solved but the hotel I can’t fault at all got everything we needed. Breakfast every morning and barebones it was for £2 for both nights so at £1 for breakfast I think is a massive bargain. Lorraine, Nathan, Louise are absolutely lovely staff. Very friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on close to everything. We will be returning at some point hopefully again this year.

Honestly I think this hotel is really good value for money, staff are great and it’s cheap and cheerful!

My room was clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really nice everyday. Will definitely Be going back!

No parking near , great location for all areas

Overall clean and good hotel - friendly and very helpful staff. Heating switching off at night was not great - very cold to sleep.

Room very small, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location for attending a show at the Opera House.

Janette is lovely and will do anything to improve your stay. The breakfast is like a family meal with most guests being regulars.

Clean, very convenient, friendly

Only stayed for 1 night, convenient to walk to from car park to hotel. Our room was on top floor, lift was fit for our purpose. £20 for 1 small dog for 1 night! Breakfast was ok Room was small, cracks in the ceiling and the Shower mat was paper-single use only.

Bedding stained dirty cutlery room wasn’t made up and tea and coffee wasn’t replenished in room very dated

its just your standard blackpool hotel ok for 1 day very dated but clean i kept getting woke up by people walking past the door shouting and laughing banging doors at 2am in morning floor boards creak bad

Was budget. Said on Expedia breakfast included but when got there was room only. No daily house keeping and walls were paper thing. Noisey families during the night. Could hear everything but the room was cheap
