I Am disappointed from the service and the staff behavior towards customers.

Food around here is pretty good

Manager was so rude towards my husband.

The property was busted down. It smelled like crap, . The room was dirty bugs and roaches in the shower staff was so unprofessional. Blankets had cigarette Burns. Very, very unprofessional, I would not recommend this location at all.

The first room had no drain cover on the shower drain, no smoke detector and the door was hard to close and lock. The second room was a half a step up.

There was hair everywhere on the floor, seems like from wig or something like that. Starting from the entrance door to the bathroom in every corner and in the main walking area. I had to use a towel to wash the floor myself.

Room is stinky and smelly . Bed is very uncomfortable. I would not come back here again

The reservation I did. They didn't have my bed and they gave us 2 twin beds instead of one king bed and no refrigerator no microwave. I kept calling down to the office, asking them every 30 minutes for a refrigerator. And a microwave. And it took them almost all day to bring me a microwave and a refrigerator to our room

we checked in we asked the lady if we can have a view and a certain direction. She says there’s no rooms available. We get to our room and it’s literally the door hinge is completely broke off. It looks like someone kicked it in. It smelled really bad it was next to loud inconsiderate tenants and we were terrified. Finally, we asked to be switched because we felt unsafe with men just doing drugs and walking back-and-forth to our room, they finally switched our rooms to a view we wanted, which they should’ve done in the beginning. This room was a whole lot nicer, and it came with the fridge. Unlike the other room the only problem with this room the towels are completely gross. You can see all the stains and the little people is being covered by a paper towel.

Had to leave there were bed bugs and a deep cigar stench in the room

Front desk was amazing

Its very run down and i stayed 2 weeks. Both shower heads had jerryrigged tape holding them together and as a stop leak, and half the lights worked, there where bugs, the furniture was either broken or about to break and key cards needed to be reactivated everyday.

Dirty and doesn’t provide breakfast as stated on line. Every morning they are out even if you go first thing in morning.

Between Alarm in middle of night, roaches, no fridge or microwave and no breakfast as advertised this place is horrible. Half the rooms are run down and broken side tables, outlets don’t work.

Property in renovation is understandble but give due diligence to cleanliness all round the property, ensure each room is fully furnished with clean towels and take actual pictures to post for truthful advertisement not limited to just the clean and completely furnished rooms; listed amenities didn’t exist like the grab n’go, pool. Housekeeping staff was very helpful but reception seems inattentive.

This location is pretty run down, the bed was comfortable.

My experience was horrible the first room had no bedding no pillows the second room and the first room both reach and smelled of cigarettes and odors. The third room was not to my expectations so I checked out the same hour. I asked for a refund I had to call Hotels.com. I had a horrible experience with that.
