This was our first time at this hotel and I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The hotel is lovely, we were given a free room upgrade which was most appreciated. The styling of the hotel is on point and the staff were all fab.

The hotel is fantastic. Check in/out was very smooth & efficient. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was fantastic, large, clean & spacious. Loved everything about it.

Breakfast good and air conditioning. Rooms excellent.

Reception was professional, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room which was large and included a sofa and chairs. We were on the 4th floor with a good view of the Waterfront and the Hill Dickinson stadium. The bed was comfortable and we slept well with the black out curtains and no external noise. We didn't eat in the restaurant but service in the bar was great. The reception and bar staff were friendly, and helpful. I will stay again next time I visit Liverpool.

Fantastic hotel, service very good. Room comfy and spacious. Breakfast great selection and fresh. Car parking could be issue if arriving later in day.

Had a great stay. We got upgraded up arrival courtesy of the hotel. All areas of the hotel were lovely. Staff were all professional and couldn't help enough.

Great for a couple stay. Stayed for birthday - hotel gifted chocolates & card was a nice touch. Hotel was clean & rooms & bathrooms were spacious. (Bathroom lighting was great when needing to do makeup for night out) Wasn’t able to check in until 3pm - wish being able to purchase early check in was a thing. However was able to have a drink at the bar while we waited for room. Parked on site was great , felt car was safe. Was £12 for 24hrs. Breakfast buffet was so nice , paid extra for this and would again. Selection 10/10 food was also hot. Staff in restaurant were always attentive and helpful. Used the on site spa , paid extra fee when using. Spa very easy to use was given robes and towels. Changing areas & showers in spa very clean. Location great - Easy uber ride into town for a night out. Would stay here again Staff at reception very kind, friendly & welcoming. We did stay on a match day and car park also felt secure. (had to show proof of stay when entering car park on foot to security)

A unique hotel experience. The rooms are absolutely huge. Ours had its own bar complete with bar stools! Superbly equipped bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are looking for something extra special for your stay in Liverpool, this would be hard to beat.

I found it was very expensive to stay here as you only got a room for your money. Nothing special like robes, water etc. we thought at least we could use the pool but everything was extra! Won’t stay again

Very comfortable large room & bathroom. Fridge, tea & coffee. Very enjoyable breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. About half hour walk to the liver building/Gerry Marsden pier.

Nice hotel with large rooms and very stylish. Fab conversion of an old dock warehouse. Decent breakfast for a reasonable price (though I’d rather they didn’t describe it as free when they mean included in the price paid). Good bar, terrace and public areas. Spa access limited for guests and extra (high) cost and no pool without it. Parking reasonable.
