Close to the beach

My room was ok for the purpose of a quick getaway. But my room was located by a large group of men who partied all day and night. Such an inconvenience

Our rental was affordable. The room was clean. Our only issue was the bathroom smell. It smelled so bad even though it was clean. Otherwise the stay was fine.

The staff was actually nice out of town management was terrible. We arrived Friday and was to stay till Monday for our family vacation. 8/1-8/4 Saturday I asked for an extra parking pass in case of an emergency parking is very limited in front of the hotel thankfully we got one later that night our neighbor yelled FIRE it’s an emergency smoke was rolling down the hall from us. I have a 4 year old. No smoke alarms went off and no one was in the hotel office when the couple were calling out for help. Not everyone was alerted. Fireman came quickly looked said electrical all is well go back in. I spoke to many front desk employees stating I was uncomfortable staying there with my family could I be refunded or moved…everyone near the smoke but my neighbor and I were moved…after not hearing anything till the next day we had already got another hotel. With funds low one far away and cheap…We was on the same floor as the fire that was through the couples vent I’d say 5/6 doors down. Manager did not issue a refund said the place was safe and had a lady at the counter taking her number for an attorney. That woman was staying at the hotel. Our microwave also made noises and window ac unit was plugged into an extension cord. I don’t intend to put a business down but for safety avoid this one!

Great location right by the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and beach. Family loved it. Staff helpful and friendly

Room was filthy and smelled of mildew. Stayed for a week and not once did anyone come to clean the room. We had to ask for towels multiple times and were given hand towels to use as bath towels because they had none. People smoking cigarettes right outside our room, couldn't sit out at all due to this and smelled of marijuana. Supposed to be a non smoking facility..Emailed the property regarding the issues we had and nobody ever responded to help satisfy the issues.

The property is conveniently locate, however roaches were found in our room.

So first impressions was clean exterior motel from the 60s. Went into our third floor room ( no elevator) carrying luggage to find an exceptionally clean but dated room. Air conditioner made all kinds of gurgling noises. My chief complaint was during our stay one of the rooms had a fire and the rest of the motel had no fire alarm go off. Good thing it didn’t spread quickly! I may stay here again but hope the alarm system is repaired

The Dunes Court is a great motel - right on the beach and easy drive to the boardwalk if you want. The motel was in good shape, the rooms were comfy and clean. Would stay again!

I would return to Dunes Court again! It was immaculate, pleasant, and economical. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was always access to a wonderful coffee machine in the lobby for endless cups of coffee. Plenty of parking, a clean pool, and close proximity to the beach. Great place!!!

No elevator, no parking they checked me in to 3rd floor room. No paper receipt for my stay and put $200 hold on my credit. Hair left in bathroom shower/bath on the walls which tells me staff does not clean. I only stayed one night and left $4 tip for maid service
