Very friendly owner and staff. Plentiful on-street parking and only ten minutes walk from town centre with its shops, restaurants and pubs. Convenient to walk to the castle and its grounds. Freshly cooked breakfast. I was in a top floor room with cam ceilings which was fine for me but this, and the small shower room, might not be for larger people.

Full Scottish breakfast cooked to order, good selection cereals + porridge available .

Superfriendly staff, very clean room /bathroom, nice breakfast, your bike can be stored safely in the backyard. Would warmly recommend a stay.

Pleasant staff and very good breakfast!

Lynda was the absolute best!! She made my stay very perfect and bent back backwards to accommodate me at every possible stage. Single room was very clean albeit very small. Breakfast was very well cooked and delicious. Very near to the Co-Op if you need anything. Would recommend staying whilst overnighting in Stornaway. Thank you Lynda - you are a rare Gem!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A tasty full Scottish breakfast was provided. I would definitely return next time we come here.

Clean modern efficient room. We were on the 3rd floor, and should have asked for 2nd floor. Great breakfasts! Walking distance to Spar market with ATM. Good base to tour the area. Near the ferry.

Super friendly staff, happy to help with our request to pop a bottle of wine in their fridge for us. They also provided us with cereal bars and cartons of juice for breakfast on our checkout day as we were leaving really early.

Schönes gemütliches Gästehaus in zentraler Lage mit einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin und einem sehr guten frischen britischen/schottischen Frühstück. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind das extrem kleine Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten und das instabile WLAN.
