Charming small hotel right on the water, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Sundowners on the patio overlooking the water was magical. All in all a great stay

Our stay was perfect. We came for our honeymoon and the service, location, and customer service was impeccable. The staff anticipate your every need, super helpful and friendly, professional, and outstanding. The food at breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself feels so boutique yet polished. Will definitely tell everyone about this hotel and will stay here again! Best holiday we’ve ever been on. Grazie ancora!

Truly a unique hotel in gorgeous Ortigia, Syracuse. From the welcoming Francesca to the breakfast menu, the experience makes you want to come back.

Really charming, old property, tastefully furnished, lovely, polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and good and reliable ideas for eating out. The only negative was the very expensive valet car parking at €30 per night.

The proprietor and staff were very warm and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful. The suite was comfortable and clean, and the shower was great with strong water pressure.

Perfectly located! Great views and convenient to all of Taormina.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in providing sites to see and places to eat. Since there’s limited driving in the area they try as much as possible to arrange parking and transportation. The room and hotel is very unique with art and architecture. They provided a great bottle of red wine for being a VIP on Expedia. They also provided free cocktails for us once during our stay and free drinks from the room refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious. The only con was that the shower was small but I guess that is typical with a historic building. The terraces overlooking the water were fantastic. Ortigia is one of best cities to see in Sicily and Henry’sHotel is the place to stay.

シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。

Old building (to be expected in Ortygia) remodeled many, many years ago. Pros: staff friendly (with one exception, below) and on-site 24x7. Showers fully enclosed & work well. Beds OK. Excellent breakfast including custom coffee service. Beautiful patio overlooking the bay, with grape arbor and drink service. Great location near southern tip of the island. Cons: If you drive, valet service drives your car to mainland and needs 1 hour notice to bring it back. Rooms are small. "Art collection" consists mainly of crudely colored paintings featuring women with their chests exposed in various contorted poses. PROBLEM: There was a really bad smell in the bathroom. Staff said this was a new problem, and it never happened before. Manager said that the smell is due to the water system in Ortygia and is there all the time. When we complained, he moved us to a smaller room and got testy about compensation.

My wife and I had the most magical time at the Henry Hotel. It’s truly a quaint beautiful place with welcoming staff and breathtaking views. We will definitely be back! I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
