Staff was amazing! Arranged transport for us and helped us with everything we needed at the hotel like restaurant recommendations and just general questions about Sardinia. When we ordered drinks and food, they arrived promptly either to our room or the beach! Big beach and great views will visit again

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Every member of staff was professional and friendly. They even helped me learn some Italian. The bar/dining area wasn't very welcoming. Quite sterile which was probably the reason why it was always empty during the evening. The outside area had overgrown plants hanging over the path. Rendering had fallen off the walls. There was dog mess right outside the beach side gate that wasn't cleaned up for two days. The large unused swimming pool is an eyesore.

Hotel super simples. Tudo ok dentro das 3 estrelas. Espreguiçadeiras agas. Com estacionamento grátis.

Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien. Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. Les matelas et parasols sur la plage de l'hôtel sont payants 25€.

The staff was kind and helpful, the housekeeping crew was excellent. Rooms are not silent (doors slam) and the breakfast wasn’t great. Airport shuttle was helpful and on time. Overall decent stay for the money.

Es un lugar maravilloso. La atención del personal eficiente y muy cálida. Las habitaciones y los baños lindos, todo luce muy nuevo y súper limpio. Y especialmente la disposición y ayuda que brindan en cualquier momento Silvana y Gina!

Horrible. The hotel was not as I expected it to be. Pictures certainly do not match reality. There was dust around vents. No phone to communicate with the front desk in case of an emergency. The shower faucet kept falling on our heads. Water pressure was weak. The hair dryer was not universal. There’s no laundry service unlike described. The beach chairs and umbrellas are also a surcharge BUT not described in the booking. The only great thing about this hotel is the cleaning personnel. On top of that they asked you to paid at front for the whole stay and we needed up leaving the hotel three days before the original date.

Vi var väl bemötta av personalen. Stranden är nära och utmärkt vatten kvalitet. Inte långt till centrum. Rekommenderar restaurangen Lanterna några minuter från hotellet. Vi gillade inte buller från näraliggande hotell Gabbiani. Vi gillade inte heller soppor som låg mellan hotellet och stranden, nära strandrestaurangen. Själva hotellet behöver en facelift men är värd priset.

It's a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. It's right next to the beach and a short walk from the town center.

avevo soggiornato in questo hotel diversi anni fa trovandolo carino ma un po' dimesso. Ecco non è cambiato nulla in 15 anni. Camera quadrupla con splendida vista sul mare ma lettino a castello con ruote ridicolo per due ragazzi. Piscina abbandonata a se stessa e impraticabile. Ok il covid mal'estetica..... Sala colazione vecchia, con condizionatori vecchissimi che perdevano acqua in sala nonostante il catino di plastica messo sotto il motore. Colazione buona e personale gentilissimo soprattutto alla reception ma non basta. Peccato basterebbe cosi poco per migliorare le cose. Non credo ci ritornerò soprattutto perché per prezzo( non economico ) richiesto un città si trova di meglio

Très bon séjour de 3 jours à l'hôtel Castello. La vue mer de la chambre est magnifique avec le golfe et l'île de Tavolara. Très bon petit dejeuner mais les jus de fruits ne sont pas très bons comme souvent en Sardaigne. Le plus accès direct a la plage, le moins la piscine qui n’est pas opérationnelle.

This was my second stay at Hotel Castello. I originally chose this location because of its proximity to the beach and shallow bay. I returned for the friendly staff, who remembered me even after 3 years had passed! This hotel provides all of the basics for a pleasant stay. The staff helped me organize a trip to Tavolara island with a local boat captain. It was an experience to remember. A special thanks to owner Gina, who will help you with any of your needs! Grazie ancora Gina per un soggiorno molto piacevole... spero tanto di tornare l'anno prossimo. Il tuo sorriso mi fa sentire come se io tornassi a casa mia quando arrivo a Golfo Aranci!
