Great property

Very unhappy that on arrival at about 6pm reception was closed. Lady in chip shop next door was not pleased that once again she had to act as receptionist for the "hotel" and directed us to a note on the door with a phone number to ring. Had we not had a mobile phone we'd have had to sleep in the car! In the end we got hold of somebody and was directed to a key box. Then had to wade through a 1" puddle in a car port to access the stairs to the room. Advertised on Expedia as with a sea view. Actual view was of a car park. So on entry to the room we were already in a bad mood. Actually once in not a bad space for a Country hotel room, clean with basic self catering facilities but would rate the visit with a big zero because of the initial impression. Looked like much better options in Port Campbell. It's NOT a hotel whatever Expedia says. No food option, no facilities, no staff until check out, just a self catering bed space. Very expensive for what it was.

We have great place to stay for 1 night and nearby have some restaurant. Also very good. And the beach view are very close to the hotel. Lovely to stay before we visit Twelve Apostles next day. Drive to for around 15mins. If not rush to sight seeing for Great Ocean Road. Stay 1 night is good suggestion.

Was a great place to stay, unfortunately the spa was not working which was disappointing and not mentioned to us when we paid for an upgrade, overall the room was lovely and staff were nice.

Modern, clean and spacious villa unit with jetted tub in the bathroom; abundant and branded kitchen and toilet amenities e.g. Maxwell & Williams, Raco, Mìele; property provides an easy and straightforward access to all the scenic spots in the Great Ocean Road; we had some problems with power supply but management expressed their genuine duty of care by offering a 20% discount to our accommodation cost; thank you very much for this sincere gesture of goodwill and generosity; I would love to come back to Port Campbell with my grandchildren and stay in this pleasant property - a double thumbs up for me!

An amazing property we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just wish there was a clothes dryer.

A great 2 bed apartment right on the bay at Port Campbell. Clean, tidy and a quick walk to all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

We booked the room with a spa bath, paid extra for it there was barely enough hot water to have a bath for my partner and I had to have a cold shower after. Then when we went to sleep there was some type of animal in the roof keeping us up half the night

We had an issue with our original room which was quickly rectified and resulted in an upgrade. The upgrade room was excellent Thank you to the manager with their prompt solution

Not worth

I booked a 1 bedroom family suite. I was allotted 7B. I would like to inform all people who are trying to book this place that the room layout is horrible. I feel I have been cheated with the deceptive pics. The bathroom or washroom is in between the living room and bedroom.In case you have to go to the bedroom you have to pass through the bathroom. This is ridiculous. It means that if some one is using the washroom, then you cannot move out of the living room and go to the bedroom or vice versa. Just imagine the adjustments that you have to make when you are travelling with your kid/kids. Second ,

The location of this accomodation is amazing. Literally in the town with the beach across the road. Staff are friendly and rooms and bathrooms are clean. A deck and balcony also available. We had an overnight stay as a family of four and overall had a pleasant experience. Cant go wrong with the location!
