Clean and comfortable room with serviceable features. Very kid friendly hotel, highlight being the cars on level 8. The buffet breakfast was pretty average. The famous restaurant lived up to it's reputation.

出色的親子酒店，這是我見過，有歷史的酒店還能打理得這麼好，住進房間一點不覺得不舒適，空間感十足。而且飯店使用上乘的品牌，也十分闊綽，讓客人可以試在地享受親子旅行。 活動內容孩子也十分喜歡。

We had a delightful family stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The kids especially loved riding their motor car and bike outside the room walkway—it was such a thoughtful touch for families. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out; they were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the family-friendly activities and exceptional service.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are so kind and it offers lots kinds of option for the breakfast which is also high quality and yummy.

Very kids friendly

This is a great hotel and staffs were very friendly. Thier breakfast would definitely surprise you. Only a word can describe their food, "Amazing". Can't wait to stay here again next year for our family trip.

The design of the hotel is superb for kids who can drive as much as they like. The staff is helpful and nice. The food is scrumptious. We enjoyed a lot!

Property is linked to a mall with huge supermarket. Plenty of activities for children. Only feedback was bed is too soft. Sleep was uncomfortable

用了泳池跟趣七樓都很滿意, 但晚上尋寶趣是惡夢, 櫃檯請我們8:10報到, 準時到要無聊坐大廳地板等別人到8:30, 然後帶隊大哥經驗不夠, 13個小孩一路上不斷有人不見或上廁所, 不斷等等等, 不能先約下個地點嗎？小孩吐了要洗也是大家等, 活動表定到9:30, 9：30還在家樂福湊300元的東西分送13位小孩, 等結帳排超長, 後面還有一關沒跑, 小朋友睡覺時間到了哭鬧, 我們提早離開, 帶隊大哥只冷漠的說背心吊牌還來, 回大廳才發現其他隊早已散會, 建議8:30再到跟對帶隊的; 最後回房門卡打不開門, 第一次住飯店遇到這種鳥事, 按門鈴狂打電話室友睡著沒開, 我還以為走錯間, 回櫃檯找協助, 還說我們自己反鎖, 這部分已無法釐清真相, 隔天吃完早餐房內沒人, 門卡一樣開不了, 可感應電梯卻不能開門, 真是見鬼, 又去櫃檯換門卡, 超級糟糕又不愉快的經驗，
