Not worth the price .

Very friendly staff

Great location in downtown Bloomington. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Please include blowdryer attachments (concentrator nozzle).

Everything from the room and the staff was great, but the ac in our room was very loud for us and the door of the other room we also booked was hard to open.

Great location, large rooms, comfortable beds and good air conditioning!

Two issues…..the parking issue is ridiculous. Anything bigger than a mid size suv is extremely difficult to maneuver. Second, this wasn’t exactly a cheap hotel and the only parking available is the garage for an extra 16 a night. My last complaint…it’s summer and we were here for a ball tournament. However when complementary breakfast doesn’t start till 7 and you have to be on the field at 7 and you’re planning on doing that before the game it sucks. In the past we’ve had other hotels accommodate the players with packed breakfasts for the team. Instead we had to get up even earlier to go by breakfast.

The room was musty and the blanket had a stain on it. The people that worked there were nice.

It was convenient, but very noisy and the room doors take a major pull or push to open. Floors are noisy as well. Refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold. Decent breakfast.

Convenient for visiting IU campus. Clean, plenty of restaurants around. Nice walkable area.

We only stayed one night, thank goodness. We were supposed to have a King room, but several King rooms weren’t available because the air conditioning wasn’t working in them. We got to our double Queen room and it was quite dirty. It appeared as though it had not been thoroughly swept. The dust that had been swept was in the corners behind the room door and under the vanity in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. Needless to say we will not stay there again.

The room was clean and inviting. We were right across the street from Chase Bank and the ac noise was horrible. I did not sleep well because of it.

The staff are wonderful! Unfortunately, maintenance teams are unavailable for non-working toilet, puddle under sink (pipe leak), and broken thermostat (88 degrees Fahrenheit inside the room).

Front desk staff was SUPER stellar but the stay gets a 2 for no Gym AC and no fan when requested, no full breakfast as advertised (no hard boiled eggs & horrible old & rubbery tasting scrambled eggs, no portable salt/pepper packets, no disposable cutlery only metal, no bagels, only a few pieces of toast) and zero replenishment of what was there after a group of kids staying for ITF at IU took everything each day at 7:30am. Room cleaning team did not close hotel room door after cleaning, leaving it open and ajar as we discovered during our week stay. Our items were left unsecured for several hours.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The room was very nice. The location was great, it was close to downtown and IU. We were able to walk to dinner, and walk around the area easily. The one slight problem we had was we came during a heat wave. The air conditioning in the room was having a hard time keeping up. I really like to sleep in a cool room and it was able to get our room to about 70 consistently overnight. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. It was big with two queen beds and a sofa. We shared a room with our son, so it was big enough to share with all of us.

Adonis, the night front desk employee, was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and he was the best, most courteous, helpful and nicest front desk person I have ever met! He is a star!! Very nice updated hotel!!

The lobby was super warm. The lobby bathroom floor was super wet w/out a sign out. We tried ordering drinks at the bar but were told we could not. Super odd was a microwave plugged it at the elevators on our floor. This may have been a design flaw but I was blasted in the face w/a super bright ray of sun in the morning. Overall the stay was fine & understand this is a college town. Thanks.
