The staff was polite, efficient and helpful in every way. The room was very nice but the carpeting could use a good shampooing. The bathroom floor was slightly sticky..that comes from certain types of cleaning fluids. But overall I would give this place as a 8 out of 10 rating.

Exposed electrical wires in hallway and in our room. Property needs maintenance. Room flooring needs repair. Mildew or allergens from the pool in the room.

Property was very unkept, carts with bags of trash outside the entrance of doors. Lots of water leaked through the property, missing paint, room ac was held together with duct tape, and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

“Everything was going great — the room looked clean, the sheets smelled fresh, and the furniture was in good condition. However, I was disappointed to notice the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there was trash on the bathroom floor. That small detail affected the overall experience.”

Its mostly what you expect from a Days Inn. The only problem is, there is a gap under the entry door to the hotel room, which can allow bugs inside. I didnt see bugs, but that doesnt mean theyre not there, i mean, theres a gap where you can see the carpet when you're outside, and when you're inside, and its dark in the room, and sunny outside, you can see the sunlight peeking in from the gap under the door.

Absolutely horrible!!! Bathroom was absolutely a mess!!! There was missing tile, mold and so much around the toilet I thought it was going to fall through the floor!!! I also killed cockroaches in the room!!!

Room was good. Breakfast excellent. Way too much disturbance. We Couldn't sleep at all. .. We wont back to this place.

Paid ahead of time due to the discount Expedia was offering and when I get to the hotel the virtual card they use was declining. I tried to call Expedia and used the chat to get assistance and Expedia tried to help but I ended up paying more than what the offer was before, I was only able to get a certain amount refunded and some as a credit. I do not need a credit on Expedia I need my full refund, very disappointing and the hotel’s AC was not working properly nor the TV!

The property was well kept and clean. The gardening was well shaped and added well to the design. There were many options for parking and the doors were wheelchair access accessible.

Room was cleaned, area was okay. Downfall of this place was the bathroom, toilet seat was not the size of the toilet, entire toilet was loose, bath tub had holes (missing handle) . Hotel owner can upgrade a little more.

Waren eine Nacht dort und haben keinen Grund zu Klage gefunden...Betten bequem, Zimmer sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mit Toast, Waffel Maker, Cornflakes, Säften....also alles in Ordnung...

The rooms were clean and the area was very nice. Will definitely be making a trip back, and reserving our stay there!

Excellent place to stay

The location was good as far as visiting waco. Easy to get to anywhere i wanted to go visit. The place was as clean as can get but still looked questionable. I got what i paid for. Thank you.
