The place was so dirty it turned our socks black within minutes.They gave us the wrong room it smelled like cigarettes couldn't make it right untill the next day.

Seth is a great access....he is very friendly (gave great recommendation for places to eat), very professional (issue with TV, called front desk, came right down to room, resolved with additional remote).

Room I booked wasn’t available, heard the registrar telling her boss on the phone it was dirty. So we were forced to downgrade to a standard room with no fridge or microwave for the things we had brought for only $10 off. They offered to let us keep it in their break room. Beds felt like springs and were so loud, caulk or drywall all over the floor, bathroom smelled strongly of urine, no toiletries other than 2 bars of soap, tv had about 10 channels, supposedly had access to Netflix but wasn’t connected to the internet. No matter how much money you’re saving it’s just not worth it to stay at a motel 6. Ive been dissatisfied all 3 times I’ve tried them.

My bathroom had used towels in the bathtub and it was not cleaned. The bed pillows looked like they were slept on. I told the front desk and she said they had new housekeeping staff. She was not willing to help with my room or issue at all. Very displeased. Will not stay here again. The fan/ac/heat did not work at all. Bed was so soft caved in. This property needs a remodel badly.

Very noisy from both Hwy 101 and idling trucks and refrigeration units. Floor so dirty we had to wash our feet sitting on the tub and then putting on our shoes before stepping on the floors again. Kitchenette without any cookware, utensils, or dishware. We rented for the kitchen then had to spend almost $100 for pans and utensils to cook!

This place was a total dump! and very noisy! You get what you pay for! Shame on myself

Beds were horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on a mattress of coils covered with a thin layer or padding. Rooms appeared to be clean. Pretty sure there were bed bugs though. Front desk service was very good.

If you like all-night partying, second-hand smoke clouds and miserable rooms, this is your place. WORST. MOTEL 6. ANYWHERE.

The sink was too close to the toilet so you couldn’t get your hand in Beto flush it .it only flushed half the time we had to take the lid off several times and fix it . The sink was barely attached and sprayed water everywhere.

TV didn't work. Room was dirty. AC was smelly. Staff took forever to process guests. Sand under the sheets.

Cheapest option was just that. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Room smelled bad (musty). I would pay more for any other option next time. I guess you do get what you pay for.

The staff were super friendly and I wish I could give this motel a better rating but it is really overdue for a remodel. I did feel safe and the motel was quiet even though it seemed to be very full. The cleanliness in the room was not great including hair in the bathtub drain and the microwave was badly stained. Two of the lightbulbs in the room were not working. The furniture was chipped. I appreciate that the whole motel was very well lit which made me feel safe but the curtains did not block the light from coming in my room all night. The bed was comfortable though and I slept pretty well. I just could never tell if it was daylight or just the lights from outside shining in during the night. I really do wish I could give a better rating because the stuff were great.

Just have to say how amazing the staff is here. Went beyond and got me and my family checked in early. Room was amazing suite. Clean and spacious. Definitely recommend this hotel. Very friendly too.

New mini mall across the street with a few dining options, local museum, so unusually convenient location for a motel; terrible soundproofing - we could hear other guests music/tvs, fortunately not too late or too early so we managed to sleep OK; poor room layout - a King bed but with BOTH wall lamps placed on one side!?; someone took all the ice to fill their huge cooler - there was a sign asking not to, but it's on the far side of the machine so motel could make it much more obvious if placed on the front. Despite very solicitous front desk staff - first time ever that a motel has called our room just to check we figured out AC etc. OK, so kudos to Katie! - we would not stay again thanks to the paper-thin walls (if fellow guests music/tv had gone on any later or started any earlier we would have definitely missed some sleep!)
