Very good value . It was quiet, the staff were helpful. The outer room was a little musty . Good kitchen facilities.

Stayed with family in 2 rooms over 4 nights. Friendly service with clean, comfortable rooms with a nice kitchen and living room area. What more could you ask for?

Sofas are really really dirty, please pay attention to that. Acs in room need service, filter was clogged with the lint, which spreads foul smell.

We stayed two nights. Pros: Bathroom was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: Breakfast options were a little bit lacking. The room smelled of stale smoke.

Pet friendly very well updated with a unique bathroom update. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and cozy duvet. Located in a quiet walkable residential neighbourhood. Couldn't have asked for more in a lower priced accommodation.

The hotel was quite old but the bathrooms were redone and the beds were good. Overall it suited our needs.

The best part of staying at Robin Hood Inn was free access to the e-bikes. They made it easy to get downtown and spend the day exploring. The suite was very clean with a nicely updated bathroom and a really comfortable bed. However, the furniture seemed like garage sale finds with an uncomfortable couch, and the living area curtains were shredded.

We stayed with small children and a senior, this place felt safe and our room was easily accessible with just a short amount of stairs. They helped us check in early and replenished whatever we needed in our room quickly. Breakfast was good for those who can eat all, limited options for those with food allergies but not a deal breaker as there was lots of options close by. Great place to stay for a great price in Victoria!

Everything was fine, but I think for the price one is paying you would expect a lot more

Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the e-bikes and kayak rentals. We met Yousef on our second day - he was great and filled us in on some of the info that we weren't told on initial check-in (e.g., that we could reserve the bikes ahead of time). Breakfast was good (cereal, pancakes, hardboiled eggs, yogurt) but could do with a reorganization because the way the food was set on the U-shaped counter made it a bit congested at times.

Great hotel! Newly renovated & had everything we needed! Beds and pillows super comfy - the cozy blanket was a nice touch :)

Rooms are modernized, new, clean, well appointed. The exterior is dated although well maintained. Based on the exterior, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The advert for this property is misleading. It is not near the harbour, the parking is too tight, our room stunk like old damp and the area is unsafe. Spend another $100 for a good hotel
