Room cleaning after 3 nights which is great but they didn’t clean the bathroom. Found someone’s underwater under bed. Breakfast was very basic. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location, with lots of green space.

We love it here. The breakfast has significantly improved since last year. The e-bikes are the biggest selling point for us and save us hundreds of dollars in bike rentals or parking. Staff is always super friendly and tools are hreat

Great place to stay…outside is a little dated but the massive tree and landscaping is beautiful. Rooms were clean. And suites were very handy. Great price for a great location. Breakfast was good and there was even an outdoor garden with picnic tables. Plus you can’t beat the free kayaking and bikes!!

The location of the property is very close to the Galloping Goose cycle trail! Awesome! The on site laundromat was helpful. The outside of the building is showing some age but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. The beds and bathroom are clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast with room open for coffee all day. Comparatively reasonable pricing. Bus to downtown is close by. Suite was simple but roomy with full kitchen. It's a good place to stay!

The guy on reception was very helpful and allowed us to move rooms as the first one was very dark and had a strange aroma. Our second room was lighter and spacious but sadly the aircon unit tripped the lights and sockets. Breakfast was not the best and only had frozen gluten free bread as a gluten free option. I can understand why some people like it, but we wouldn’t book again.

1. Usually a hotel welcomes me through email or text about an upcoming trip to their hotel in advance of the stay. Nothing from this one. 2. The room window opened up onto a dirty, busy, noisy hallway. 3. The tv did not work. The front desk man could not make it work and the maintenance man could not make it work. Finally the front desk gave us a better room, after pleading with him. My husband seems to think because we booked with Hotels.com that we got an inferior room. The hotel puts online booking clients in the worst rooms and saves the best rooms for direct clients.

Overall, the motel staff was welcoming and friendly (shoutout to Karen, Kevin, and Adi). The food selection for the breakfast was limited. Unfortunately, although we had plans to kayak, we were not informed that we needed to be there 15 mins ahead of time and missed the timing. The e-bike experience was also fun and the staff were helpful with our first time riding the e-bikes with the instructions and directions to the Galloping Goose trails. Thank you!

I laughed when the motel came up as I remembered it from my childhood. I didnt know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The rooms weren’t fancy but very clean. I wasn’t bothered by any traffic noise and the bed was very comfortable (best pillows ever). The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The breakfast did the trick and the great room was nice. Awesome to have tea, coffee, and specialty coffees available at all times. The guests mingling and having the pool table gave it a really nice, old time social feeling. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and definitely would recommend it to sport teams as the great room is perfect for hockey team evening hangouts.

The Robin Hood Inn is a solid choice. The main "issue" is simply that its an old building, but that can obvi We had a Premium-Apartment. It had everything we needed: a stove (even with an oven), a microwave, kitchen. They pay attention to detail. They even provided a sponge and dishwashing liquid + towels to dry. The bathroom was brandnew and really nice. Breakfast was good. They have a pancake machine and diverse choices for coffee. The muffins were excellent. There were boiled eggs, yoghurt and they always made sure that the buffett was clean and stocked. Welcome was warm, so I had the feeling the people working there take their job serious and like it. Big extra: missed it when booking, but I think its a great benefit: They rent out bikes for free. You just have to make sure you reserve it.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was as explained. What made our stay great in a unique way was the E-bikes you can use for free. The room was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
