Don’t trust the picture nothing was like presented upon. Reservations. Even the sign was all broken up. It was ok because the bed seemed clean but not the rest of the room. Clerk could not even find my reservation.

Si on ne se préoccupe pas de l'entretien et de l'apparence, pour une nuit juste dormir et prendre un douche... Ça va! C'est vraiment un motel qui manque d'entretien

Rooms were not cleaned properly. The washrooms and bedsheets was not cleaned, and the staff was not helpful. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Belle chambre pratique et confortable

The room was clean. The bed ok. The sheets were clean. But the main thing is that they didn't clean the bathroom. The garbage was full of used menstrual pads. Very gross ! We had only 1 small hand towel for the shower and we were 2. The exterior sign for the motel is broken. We knew that we arrived at the motel because our GPS told us so. The check in starts at 3pm, but really starts at 3 pm. Don't come earlier as you will find no one. There is no bell to ring. If you're lucky, someone will come at the reception. We had to search for someone and even ask a construction guy to call someone. It's an ok only motel for 1 night only.

Worst place to stay in Quebec, the award goes to….

Je suis arriver là-bas c’était fermer et le motel était en reconstruction j’ai attendu à la porte pendant deux heures et yavais personne à la réception et ni pour t’ouvrir et leur numéro personne ne deccroche pire expérience je recommencer à. Personne.

Chambre ok 0 personnelle durant 4 jours 0 serviette et débarbouillette changé durant ce temps .Il n y avais pas de piscine comme l indiquait le site l hôtel était en rénovation aucun service .Nous avons un chien d assistance le propriétaire garde le dépôt de 100$ en disant qu il ne sait pas de quoi on parlent .Quand on lui montre papier certifiés dis que fans la chambre il y a une odeur de cigarette et nous sommes non fumeur 😡j aimerais etre remboursé même le site expédia effacer ma plainte en me redirigeant pour une autre réservation ailleur .........je me demande ou je pourrai avoir l aide pour me faire rembourser le 100$ quand j ai déjà payé 4 jours dans un hôtel sans service délabré avec la visite constante des policiers au 2h dans le parking endroit ou visible il y a service de sieste d une heure .......je vais m abstenir de dévoiler a quoi il servait

Place make you afraid when you’re around he’s a mess as if it is closed for a long time ago I won’t go in to this place anymore

The manager is very nice guy and helpful! I look forward to stopping by again during my next visit to Quebec City.
